Abstract

Un dispositivo para la separación y sujeción de una lámina más exterior de material ferromagnético de un apilamiento de material de lámina ferromagnética, que comprende: - una estructura de portador con un montaje para el acoplamiento del portador como un extremo de herramienta de brazo (EOAT) con un brazo robótico colocado para el movimiento y posicionamiento del dispositivo en una posición de operación adyacente a un lado de un apilamiento de láminas ferromagnéticas y una posición distante removida del apilamiento de láminas ferromagnéticas; - un aparato de separación magnética montado en la estructura de portador y que tiene un imán conmutable y un par de zapatas polares de separación que pueden ser magnetizadas por el imán con polaridades opuestas, las zapatas polares de separación están ubicadas en el portador, de manera que cuando se encuentren en la posición de operación del dispositivo estas orienten el lado de las láminas apiladas y se extiendan a travós del espesor de al menos la lámina más exterior y una lámina subyacente del apilamiento, por medio de lo cual en un estado de encendido del imán, los campos magnéticos de la misma polaridad son inducidos por las zapatas polares de separación en las secciones de superposición de las regiones de borde de estas láminas y las fuerzas repulsivas son generadas por medio de lo cual la lámina más exterior busca ser elevada de la lámina subyacente mediante la repulsión magnética; y de preferencia, aunque de manera opcional - un aparato de sujeción de lámina está montado en la estructura de portador colocada para hacer contacto con una cara de la lámina más exterior y para asegurar la lámina en el EOAT para la recuperación de la misma en función del dispositivo que está siendo desplazado de su posición operativa fuera del apilamiento de láminas.
