Abstract
Se proporciona un arreglo de mezclador de gas que comprende una primera fuente de gas para suministrar un primer gas; una segunda fuente de gas para suministrar un segundo gas diferente del primer gas; primero y segundo dispositivos de regulación de flujo para regular el flujo respectivo del primer gas y el segundo gas desde la primera y segunda fuentes de gas; un mezclador y una salida.
