SISTEMAS Y MÉTODOS DE GENERACIÓN DE POTENCIA DE BAJA EMISIÓN Y RECUPERACIÓN DE HIDROCARBUROS CAMPO
Las modalidades de la invención se relacionan a la generación de potencia de baja emisión en procesos de recuperación de hidrocarburos. Más particularmente, las modalidades de la invención se relacionan a métodos y sistemas para utilizar nitrógeno, oxigeno, dióxido de carbono y/o combustible de hidrocarburo para generar potencia en un proceso de recuperación de hidrocarburos de muy baja emisión.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA TECNOLOGÍA
Esta sección se propone para introducir varios aspectos de la técnica, que pueden ser asociados con modalidades ejemplares de la presente invención. Esta discusión se cree que ayuda a proporcionar una estructura para facilitar un mejor entendimiento de aspectos particulares de la presente invención. En una operación de inundación de miscible, los gases miscibles tal como dióxido de carbono se inyectan en un depósito principalmente líquido para mezclarse con los líquidos, disminuir su viscosidad e incrementar la presión para mejorar la velocidad de recuperación.
Muchos países productores de petróleo están experimentando fuerte crecimiento doméstico en la demanda de potencia y tienen un interés en la recuperación de petróleo mejorada (EOR) para mejorar la recuperación de petróleo de sus depósitos. Dos técnicas de EOR comunes incluyen la inyección de nitrógeno (N2) para el mantenimiento de presión del depósito e inyección de dióxido de carbono (C02) para la inundación de miscible para EOR. Hay un problema global que considera las emisiones de gas de invernadero (GHG) . Algunos procedimientos para disminuir las emisiones de C02 incluyen la descarbonización del combustible o captura de post-combustión . Sin embargo, ambas de estas soluciones son costosas y reducen la eficiencia de generación de potencia, dando por resultado la producción de potencia inferior, demanda de combustible incrementada y costo incrementado de electricidad para cumplir con la demanda de potencia doméstica. Otro procedimiento es una turbina de gas de oxicombustible en un ciclo combinado (por ejemplo, donde el calor de escape del ciclo Brayton de turbina de gas se captura para hacer vapor y producir potencia adicional en un ciclo Rankine). La patente norteamericana No. 4,344,486 (la patente 86) divulga un proceso de adicionar oxigeno sustancialmente puro a los hidrocarburos producidos y dióxido de carbono de una formación productora de liquido para producir calor o potencia y reinyectar el dióxido de carbono para EOR. La patente 86 divulga la separación de líquidos de hidrocarburo de los constituyentes gaseosos en una corriente de producción de una formación productora de liquido, luego mezclar ' los constituyentes gaseosos con oxigeno sustancialmente puro y quemar la mezcla para producir calor y C02. El C02 luego se inyecta en la misma o en una diferente formación productora de liquido. Este procedimiento no logra enseñar o sugerir una solución al arrastre de eficiencia de la planta de oxigeno.
La publicación de patente norteamericana No. 2007/0237696 (la publicación x696) divulga esencialmente una combinación del proceso de oxi-combustible y EOR como es divulgado en la patente 86. La publicación ?696 también requiere una planta de oxigeno independiente o planta de separación de aire, y no logra enseñar o sugerir una configuración de turbina de potencia de gas de trabajo.
Más recientemente la solicitud de patente internacional No. US2009/038247 divulga un sistema que proporciona una solución al arrastre de eficiencia de la planta de oxigeno y además proporciona una inyección de gas inerte (nitrógeno) para el mantenimiento dé presión del depósito. En el sistema integrado de US2009/038247, sin embargo, la potencia neta producida generalmente se reduce por el requerimiento de consumo de potencia del proceso aun en la eficiencia mejorada.
Como tal, hay todavía una necesidad sustancial para un proceso de recuperación de hidrocarburos de alta eficiencia, de baja emisión con producción de potencia incrementada.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN
Se proporciona un sistema integrado en por lo menos una modalidad de la presente invención. El sistema incluye una corriente de oxigeno, una corriente de combustible de control principal, una unidad de combustión principal, un primer sistema de generación de potencia, y un segundo sistema de generación de potencia. La unidad de combustión principal está configurada para recibir y quemar la corriente de combustible de control principal y la corriente de oxigeno para producir una corriente de combustión gaseosa que tiene dióxido de carbono y agua. El primer sistema de generación de potencia está configurado para recibir la corriente de combustión gaseosa y producir por lo menos una corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida. El segundo sistema de generación de potencia está configurado para recibir la energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa y convertir la energía térmica en por lo menos una unidad de potencia.

DESCRIPCIÓN
En la siguiente sección de descripción detallada, las modalidades específicas de la presente invención se describen en relación con las modalidades preferidas. Sin embargo, al grado que la siguiente descripción es específica a una modalidad particular o un uso particular de la presente invención, este se propone para ser para propósitos ejemplares solamente y simplemente ' proporcionan una descripción de las modalidades ejemplares. En por lo menos una modalidad la corriente de oxigeno 106 se genera por una Unidad de Separación de Aire ("ASU") 110 que está configurada para separar una corriente de aire 112 en un .componente sustancialmente enriquecido con oxigeno (por ejemplo, corriente de oxigeno 106) y un componente sustancialmente enriquecido con nitrógeno (por ejemplo, corriente de nitrógeno 114). La corriente de nitrógeno 114 se puede comprimir por la vía de un compresor 120 para generar una corriente de inyección de nitrógeno 122 para la inyección subsecuente en un depósito de mantenimiento de presión 124. Sin embargo, la corriente de nitrógeno 114 se puede utilizar en una aplicación apropiada y/o vender para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. También se debe apreciar que la corriente de oxigeno 106 y la corriente de combustible de control principal 104 se pueden generar y/o suministrar mediante cualquier mecanismo apropiado para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. Además, uno o más modalidades pueden implementar una corriente de aire, que por si misma contiene oxigeno, como la corriente de oxigeno 106.
De manera similar, la corriente de combustible de control principal 104 puede ser cualquier combustible apropiado o mezcla de combustibles (por ejemplo, gas natural, carbón mineral, liquido de hidrocarburo y/o cualquier otro combustible carbonáceo adecuado) para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. En general, la unidad de combustión principal .102 descarga una mezcla que incluye el dióxido de carbono (C02) y agua (H20) como una corriente de combustión gaseosa 130.
La corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 se puede pasar a través de un intercambiador de calor 132. El intercambiador de calor 132 está configurado generalmente para transferir energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 a una turbina de gas 180. Como será descrito después en la presente solicitud, el intercambiador de calor (es decir, unidad de intercambio de calor) 132 forma la interface entre dos ciclos de producción de potencia.
Habiendo pasado a través del intercambiador de calor 132 la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 puede ser recibida por un primer Generador de Vapor de Recuperación de Calor (HRSG) 140. El primer HRSG 140 generalmente incluye un intercambiador de calor, tal como un serpentín de vapor (no mostrado) , en contacto con la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 para generar vapor 142. El vapor 142 puede ser expandido a través de una turbina de vapor 150 para generar potencia/trabajo. La corriente de descarga de turbina de vapor 152 luego se puede condensar (por ejemplo, en el primer condensador 154 y/o enfriar (por ejemplo, en el enfriador 156) para producir una corriente de agua 160. En por lo menos una modalidad, el enfriador 156 está configurado para recibir una corriente de agua de repuesto 158. El primer HRSG 140 puede pasar la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 a un segundo condensador 164 para la separación en una corriente de C02 sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida 170 y una corriente de agua 172. En por lo menos una modalidad, una porción 170' de la corriente de C02 se enfria a 170 se puede recircular nuevamente a la unidad de combustión principal 102 para moderar las temperaturas de combustión. En por lo menos otra modalidad, una segunda porción 170" de la corriente de C02 170 se puede utilizar en conexión con la inyección EOR, secuestración y/o cualquier otro uso adecuado. Regresando ahora a la unidad de intercambio de calor 132, el intercambiador de calor 132 del sistema 100 generalmente actúa para transferir energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 a una turbina de gas 180 basado en el proceso de generación de potencia. La turbina de gas 180 generalmente recibe una corriente de aire, tal como la corriente de aire 112' que puede ser derivada de la misma fuente como la corriente de aire 112, y comprime la corriente de aire, por ejemplo, por la vía de compresor 182, para formar una corriente de aire de turbina comprimida 184. El intercambiador de calor 132 recibe la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida 184 y calienta la corriente de aire 184 por la vía de la transferencia de calor entre la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 y la corriente 184. En una modalidad de la FiG. 1?, la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada 184' luego se pasa a un combustor (es decir, unidad de combustión suplemental) 186 que está acoplado a un expansor 190 para producir potencia/trabajo de la corriente de escapa del combustor 184". En por lo menos una modalidad el combustor 186 está configurado para recibir una corriente de combustible (es decir corriente de combustible de combustor suplemental) 188. Se debe observar que el calentamiento de la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida 18.4 en la unidad de intercambio de calor 132 puede reducir significantemente la cantidad del combustible de control suplemental 188 requerido para producir una temperatura de entrada de aire deseada en el expansor 190. Por consiguiente, la reducción en la cantidad de la corriente de combustible de control suplemental 188 generalmente proporciona una reducción en la cantidad de emisiones creadas por la unidad de combustión suplemental 186. Específicamente, por lo menos una simulación predice que dos tercios de las emisiones pueden ser eliminadas al utilizar la unidad de intercambiador de calor 132 para calentar la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida 184 antes de la combustión.
La descarga de turbina de gas 192 luego puede pasar al segundo HRSG 162 o cualquier otro dispositivo adecuado para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. En por lo menos una modalidad del segundo HRSG 162 está acoplado a la turbina de vapor 150 y pasa vapor 166 a la turbina de vapor 150. El vapor 166 se puede combinar con o utilizar en lugar del vapor 142 para generar potencia y formar la corriente de descarga de turbina de vapor 152. Además, una o más modalidades de la presente invención pueden incluir un dispositivo de Reducción Catalítica Selectivo (SCR) 194 acoplado al segundo HRSG 162 para procesar el gas de combustión 196 antes de la liberación.
En por lo menos una modalidad, el contenido de agua en la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 se puede reducir al operar la unidad de combustión principal 102 a una presión elevada, como es comparada con el contenido de agua presente en la corriente de combustión 130 cuando la unidad de combustión principal 102 se opera cerca de (es decir, ligeramente arriba, a, en, o ligeramente abajo) la presión atmosférica. En tal modalidad, el ASU 110 se puede configurar para proporcionar una corriente de oxigeno de alta presión 106 a la unidad de combustión principal 102.
En por lo menos una modalidad, una reducción en el contenido de agua puede permitir la eliminación y/o simplificación de una o más etapas de procesamiento subsecuentes, tal como la aplicación de una unidad de deshidratación (no mostrada) . De manera similar, la operación de la- unidad de combustión principal 102 en una presión incrementada puede reducir la necesidad para comprimir el C02 generado (por ejemplo, la corriente de C02 sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida 170). Más específicamente para el uso subsecuente en, por ejemplo, EOR, la cantidad de potencia requerida para comprimir el C02 derivado de la corriente de combustión 130 a un nivel de inyección de depósito apropiado se puede reducir por un factor de tres. El equipo de combustión de alta presión también puede tener una huella de impresión física más pequeña. En contraste, sin embargo, cerca de la combustión atmosférica generalmente se evita la necesidad de comprimir la corriente de oxígeno 106 y se evita las complicaciones asociadas con la combustión de alta presión, tal como la propensión a formar hollín.
Con referencia a la FIG. IB, se muestra un diagrama que muestra otro sistema integrado 100' que puede ser implementado en conexión con la presente invención. En general, el sistema 100' se puede implementar de manera similar al sistema 100 con la inclusión de un depósito de C02 174 para la inyección de por lo menos una porción de la corriente de C02 sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida 170, tal como la corriente 170' . Como se ilustra, una porción de la corriente de C02 170, tal como la corriente 170"' todavía puede ser dirigida a la unidad de combustión principal 102 para la moderación de la temperatura de combustión. Además de o en lo alternativo, la corriente 170"' se puede derivar de (por ejemplo, separada de) los fluidos producir del depósito 174. En por lo menos una modalidad, la corriente de combustión en el control principal 104 se puede obtener del depósito de C02 174. De manera similar, la corriente de combustión de control . suplementar 188 se puede obtener del depósito de mantenimiento de presión 124. Se puede observar que el uso de nitrógeno en el combustible obtenido del depósito de mantenimiento de presión 124 puede proporcionar masa adicional que puede aumentar el desempeño del expansor 190 y reducir el requerimiento de compresión de aire, incrementando de esta manera la potencia neta de la turbina de gas 180.
En por lo menos una modalidad, la corriente de agua 172 se puede inyectar en un depósito (por ejemplo, 174) para aumentar la recuperación de hidrocarburos (por ejemplo, EOR) . En por lo menos otra modalidad, la corriente de agua 172 se puede utilizar en conexión con el trabajo de pozo, perforación, enfriamiento de la planta y/o. sistemas de vapor. Sin embargo, la corriente de agua 172 se puede implementar en conexión con cualquier uso apropiado para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. Además, la corriente de agua 172 se puede caracterizar, o procesar adicionalmente tal que se puede caracterizar, como agua de baja salinidad (es decir, agua que tiene sólidos disueltos totales menor que aproximadamente 10,000 parte por millón). Tal agua de baja salinidad puede ser especialmente benéfica para la inundación de agua del depósito como es opuesto al agua de salinidad no baja. Mientras que la corriente de agua 172 generalmente resulta del proceso de combustión, el agua, tal como el agua de baja salinidad, se puede producir utilizando cualquier proceso para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una modalidad particular.
Con referencia a la FIG. 1C, se muestra un diagrama que ilustra todavía otro sistema 100" que puede ser implementado en conexión con la presente invención. En general el sistema 100" se puede implementar similarmente a los sistemas 100 y 100' con la inclusión de un reformador 142 configurado para recibir una corriente de combustible reformado 144, tal como la corriente de combustible 104 o 188, y una corriente de vapor 146, tal como la corriente 142 o 166, y generar una corriente de combustible de hidrógeno 148. En general, la corriente de combustible de hidrógeno 148 se puede implementar en el sistema 100" como la corriente de combustible de control suplemental 188, y/o cualquier otra corriente de combustible apropiada. El uso de hidrógeno como un combustible generalmente elimina o reduce la producción de dióxido de carbono en cualquier corriente de combustión resultante. Así, el combustible de hidrógeno puede ser estratégicamente o preferencialmente utilizado en la unidad de combustión 186 de la Turbina de Gas' 180 para eliminar las emisiones de dióxido de carbono que de otra manera resultarían de utilizar un combustible carbonáceo. Esto puede ser benéfico en alcanzar emisiones ultra-bajas para el sistema 100". En por lo menos una modalidad, por lo menos una porción de la corriente de combustible de hidrógeno 148, tal como la porción 148', puede ser desviada para la venta subsecuente. Se puede observar que la corriente de combustible de hidrógeno puede, en una o más modalidades, también ser implementada como la corriente de combustible de control principal 104. Sin embargo, puede ser indeseable eliminar el dióxido de carbono de la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130 ya que el dióxido de carbono generalmente se separa y subsecuentemente se utilizar para la inyección del depósito. Sin embargo, se contempla que una porción de la corriente de combustible de hidrógeno 148 y/o el efluente reformador separado de la corriente de hidrógeno se puede implementar (por ejemplo, mezclar) con la corriente de combustible de control principal 104 para obtener un desempeño de la unidad de combustión deseable (es decir, 'cumple los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular) (por ejemplo, estabilidad de flama) y/o reducción de dióxido de carbono en la corriente de combustión gaseosa 130).
Con referencia ahora a la FIG. 2A, se muestra un sistema integrado 200 para un proceso de recuperación de hidrocarburos de alta eficiencia, de baja emisión con producción de potencia el exceso. El sistema 200 se puede implementar de manera similar a los sistemas.100, 100' y 100" con la excepción de que se omite la unidad de combustión suplementar 186. Por consiguiente, la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada 184' se pasa directamente al expansor 190. La eliminación de la unidad de combustión suplementar 186 y la descarga de combustión asociado puede ser benéfica, por ejemplo, en alcanzar emisiones ultra-bajas. En tal modalidad, la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada 184' puede alcanzar el expansor 190 a una temperatura sustancialmente menor que la temperatura de entrada de operación preferida (por ejemplo, máxima) como es especificada por un fabricante, del expansor 190. La temperatura reducida generalmente reduce la potencia total generada por el sistema 200 en intercambio por una reducción en la complejidad del sistema 200 y emisiones reducidas. En contraste, la inclusión de la unidad de combustión suplementar 186 generalmente proporciona al expansor 190 con una- corriente de aire 184" a una temperatura sustancialmente igual a la temperatura de entrada de operación preferida (por ejemplo, máxima) del expansor 190. La inclusión de la unidad de combustión suplementar 186 generalmente produce potencia adicional pero también puede complicar el diseño del sistema 200 e incrementar las emisiones asociadas con el sistema 200. Se puede observar que el uso de un intercambiador de calor de cerámica para el elemento 132 puede proporcionar suficiente transferencia de calor tal que el aire de turbina comprimida o calentada 184' alcanzar el expansor 190 sustancialmente a la temperatura de entrada de operación preferida (por ejemplo, máxima) del expansor 190. En general el sistema 200' puede ser implementado de manera similar al sistema 200 con la inclusión de un depósito de CO2 174 para la inyección de por lo menos una porción de la corriente de C02 sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida 170, tal como la corriente 170' . Como es ilustrado, una porción de la corriente de C02 170, tal como la corriente 170"', se puede dirigir a la unidad de combustión principal 102 para la moderación de la temperatura de combustión. Además de o en lo alternativo, la corriente 170"' se puede derivar de (por ejemplo, separado de) los fluidos producidor del depósito 174. En por lo menos una modalidad, la corriente de combustible de control principal 104 se puede obtener del depósito de C02 174. Nuevamente, como con los sistemas 100, 100', 100" y 200, la corriente de nitrógeno 114 de una ASU asociada 110 se puede comprimir por la vía de un compresor 120 para generar una corriente de inyección de nitrógeno 122. La corriente de nitrógeno. 122 se puede utilizar para la inyección subsecuente en un depósito de mantenimiento de presión 124, o la corriente de nitrógeno 114/122 se puede utilizar en cualquier aplicación apropiada y/o vender para satisfacer los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular.

El método 300 puede ser implementado ventajosamente en conexión con el sistema 100, 100' . 100", 200 y/o 200' descrito previamente en conexión con las FIGs. 1A-1C, FIGs . 2A-2B, y/o cualquier sistema apropiado para cumplir con los criterios de diseño de una aplicación particular. El método 300 generalmente incluye una pluralidad de bloques o etapas (por ejemplo, 302, 304, 306, etc.) que se pueden realizar serialmente. El bloque 302 es un punto de entrada en el método 300. En el bloque 304 una corriente de combustión gaseosa (por ejemplo, 130) y una corriente de aire comprimido (por ejemplo, 184) se pueden generar. En por lo menos una modalidad una corriente de oxigeno (por ejemplo, 106) de una ASU (por ejemplo, 110) se implementa en conjunción con una unidad de combustión (por ejemplo, 102) y una corriente de combustión (por ejemplo, 104) para generar la corriente de combustión gaseosa. En tal modalidad, la corriente de combustión gaseosa generalmente incluye dióxido de carbono y agua. El dióxido de carbono junto con nitrógeno generado como un subproducto en el ASU se puede comprimir y/o inyectar en un depósito (por ejemplo, 124, 174) para facilitar la producción de hidrocarburo. En el bloque 306 el calor se transfiere de la corriente de combustión gaseosa a la corriente de aire comprimido. La transferencia de calor generalmente resulta en una corriente de combustión gaseosa enfriada y una corriente de aire comprimido calentada. En por lo menos una modalidad el calor se transfiere utilizando una unidad de intercambio de calor (por ejemplo, 132) que puede ser de cualquier material apropiado y/o dispositivo capaz de intercambiar calor a altas temperaturas tales como compuestos de matriz de cerámica (CMC) , intercambiadores de calor de aire a aire de cerámica, recuperadores de cerámica de placa-aleta compactos y otras aleaciones metálicas tal como Inconel para aplicación de baja presión y varias aleaciones reforzadas con dispersión de óxido (ODS) . Ejemplos específicos de unidades de intercambio de calor potencialmente adecuadas son los intercambiadores de calor de alta temperatura Heatric (una División de Meggitt Corporation) PCHE, FPHE, H2X) hechos de un proceso de unión por difusión y usando aleaciones de especialidad tal como Inconel 617 para permitir la operación en temperaturas de procesos muy altas. Sin embargo, el calor se puede transferir utilizando cualquier dispositivo y/o material apropiado para satisfacer los requerimientos de diseño de una aplicación particular .
En el bloque 308 un primer sistema de generación de potencia que, en por lo menos una modalidad, puede incluir un HRSG (por ejemplo, 140) , una turbina de vapor (por ejemplo, 150), un primer condensador (por ejemplo, 154), un enfriador (por ejemplo, 156), y/o un segundo condensador (por ejemplo, 164) generalmente se implementa para recibir la corriente de combustión gaseosa enfriada y producir por lo menos una unidad de potencia/trabajo, una corriente de agua (por ejemplo, 160, 172) y/o una corriente de CO2 sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida (por ejemplo, 170) .
En el bloque 310 la corriente de aire . comprimido calentada puede, si es deseado para satisfacer un criterio de diseño, ser calentada aun adicionalmente por la vía de una unidad de combustión suplemental (por ejemplo, 186) . En por lo menos una modalidad, una unidad reformadora (por ejemplo, 142) se puede implementar para generar hidrógeno para el uso subsecuente como una corriente de combustible (por ejemplo, corriente de combustible de control suplemental 188) a la unidad de combustión suplemental. En tal modalidad, la corriente de combustión gaseosa de la unidad de combustión suplemental puede estar sustancialmente libre de dióxido de carbono. Como tal, el uso de una unidad reformadora puede proporcionar una reducción significante en las emisiones relacionadas con la combustión indeseable.
En el bloque 312, un segundo sistema de generación de potencia que puede, por ejemplo, comprender un proceso de Ciclo Combinado de Gas Natural convencional (NGCC) modificado para la extracción de aire completo, se puede implementar para generar por lo menos una unidad de potencia/trabajo. En el bloque 316 por lo menos una porción de cualquier corriente de dióxido de carbono generada (por ejemplo, 170' ) se puede recircular a un dispositivo adecuado tal como una unidad de combustión para, por ejemplo, moderar las temperaturas de combustión. El bloque 318 generalmente representa un punto de salida del método 300.
Como puede ser apreciado, luego, el sistema y métodos divulgados generalmente proporcionan un proceso de recuperación de hidrocarburos de alta eficiencia, de baja emisión con producción de potencia incrementada. Además, en una o más modalidades, el combustor principal (por ejemplo, 102) puede ser diseñado para manejar combustible de bajo BTU con alta contaminación de C02 tal como seria típicamente encontrado en el gas de un proyecto de EOR después de la descomposición de CO2. Claims (37)
1. Un sistema integrado, caracterizado porque comprende : una corriente de oxígeno; una corriente de combustible de control principal; una unidad de combustión principal configurada para recibir y quemar la corriente de combustible de control principal y la corriente de oxigeno para producir una corriente de combustión gaseosa que tiene dióxido de carbono y agua; un primer sistema de generación de potencia configurado para recibir la corriente de combustión gaseosa y producir por lo menos una corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida; un segundo sistema de generación de potencia configurado para recibir energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa y convertir la energía térmica en por lo menos una unidad de potencia.
2. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque además incluye una unidad de intercambio de calor configurada para recibir la corriente de combustión gaseosa, extraer la energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa, y transferir la energía térmica al segundo sistema de generación de potencia.
3. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la unidad de intercambio de calor transfiere la energía térmica a una corriente de aire de turbina comprimida del segundo sistema de generación de potencia para formar una corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada.
4. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el segundo sistema de generación de potencia además incluye una unidad de combustión suplemental configurada para recibir la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada, recibir una corriente de combustible de control suplemental, y quemar la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada con la corriente de combustible de control suplemental para formar una corriente de descarga del combustor .
5. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque además incluye un expansor para recibir la corriente de descarga del combustor, en donde la unidad de combustión suplemental está configurada para proporcionar la corriente de descarga del combustor al expansor a una temperatura sustancialmente igual a una temperatura de entrada de operación preferida del expansor.
6. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque además incluye un expansor para recibir la corriente de descarga del combustor, en donde la unidad de combustión suplemental está configurada para proporcionar la corriente de descarga del combustor al expansor a una temperatura menor que una temperatura de entrada de operación preferida del expansor.
7. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la corriente de combustible de control principal y la corriente de combustible de control suplemental se suministran mediante una sola fuente de combustible compartida.
8. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque además incluye un reformador configurado para recibir vapor y una fuente de combustible de reacción y además configurado para generar hidrógeno, en donde por lo menos una porción del hidrógeno se usa para la corriente de combustible de control suplemental.
9. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 8, caracterizado porque otra porción del hidrógeno se captura para la reventa.
10. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque además incluye un reformador configurado para recibir vapor y una fuente de combustible de reacción y además configurado para generar hidrógeno, en donde por lo menos una porción de los productos del reformador, hidrógeno, o ambos se utilizan para la corriente de combustible de control principal.
11. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación I, caracterizado porque además incluye una Unidad de Separación de Aire para generar la corriente de oxigeno.
12. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación II, caracterizado porque la corriente de oxigeno se presuriza antes de la combustión en la unidad de combustión principal.
13. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque la presión de la corriente de oxigeno es sustancialmente igual a la presión atmosférica cuando la presión de oxigeno se recibe por la unidad de combustión principal.
14. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque la Unidad de Separación de Aire también genera una corriente de nitrógeno y la corriente de nitrógeno se inyecta en un depósito de mantenimiento de presión .
15. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 14, caracterizado porque el segundo sistema de generación de potencia incluye una unidad de combustión suplemental configurada para recibir una corriente de combustible control suplemental y la corriente de combustible de control suplemental se produce del depósito de mantenimiento de presión .
16. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque por lo menos una porción de la corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida se recircula nuevamente a la unidad de combustión principal .
17. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación ¦ 16, caracterizado porque un gas de descarga de por lo menos una fuente externa se mezcla con la corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida..
18. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque por lo menos una porción de la corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida se inyecta en un depósito.
19. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 18, caracterizado porque la corriente de combustible de control principal se produce del depósito.
20. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 18, caracterizado porque un gas de descarga de por lo menos una fuente externa se mezcla con la corriente de dióxido de carbono sustancialmente gaseosa comprimida.
21. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el segundo sistema de generación de potencia incluye: un compresor configurado para recibir una fuente de aire y generar una corriente de aire de turbina comprimida; una unidad de intercambio de calor configurada para recibir la corriente de combustión gaseosa, extraer la energía térmica de la corriente de combustión gaseosa, y transferir la energía térmica a la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida para formar una corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada; y un expansor configurado para recibir la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada y generar una descarga de turbina de gas.
22. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 21, caracterizado porque la unidad de intercambio de calor es un intercambiador de calor de cerámica y la corriente de aire de · turbina comprimida calentada está a una temperatura sustancialmente igual a una temperatura de entrada de operación preferida del expansor.
23. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 21, caracterizado porque la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada está a una temperatura sustancialmente menor que una temperatura de entrada de operación preferida del expansor.
24. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 21, caracterizado porque además incluye una unidad de combustión suplemental configurada para recibir la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada de la unidad de intercambio de calor, e incrementar la temperatura de la corriente de aire de turbina comprimida calentada a través de la combustión de una corriente de combustible de control suplemental.
25. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque una corriente de agua se produce del agua de la corriente de combustión gaseosa y la corriente de agua se inyecta en un depósito para aumentar la recuperación de hidrocarburos.
26. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 25, caracterizado porque la corriente de agua es una corriente de agua de baja salinidad.
27. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la corriente de agua se produce del agua de la corriente de combustión gaseosa y la corriente de agua se utiliza en conexión con por lo menos uno de trabajo de pozo, perforación, enfriamiento de la planta y un sistema de vapor.
28. El sistema de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la corriente de oxigeno comprende aire . '
29. Un método para la recuperación de hidrocarburos de baja emisión con producción de potencia, el método caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: generar una corriente de combustión gaseosa que tiene dióxido de carbono y agua; generar una corriente de aire comprimido; transferir calor de la corriente de combustión gaseosa a la corriente de aire comprimido para formar una corriente de combustión gaseosa enfriada y una corriente de aire comprimido calentada; producir, potencia, una corriente de agua y una corriente de dióxido de carbono de la corriente de combustión gaseosa enfriada utilizando un primer sistema de generación de potencia; producir potencia de la corriente de aire comprimido calentada utilizando un segundo sistema de generación de potencia; e inyectar por lo menos una porción de dióxido de carbono en un depósito para incrementar la producción de hidrocarburos .
30. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 29, caracterizado porque además incluye la etapa de incrementar la temperatura de la corriente de aire comprimido calentada antes de producir potencia del segundo sistema de generación de potencia.
31. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 30, caracterizado porque la temperatura de la corriente de aire comprimida calentada se incrementa utilizando una unidad de combustión suplemental.
32. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 31, caracterizado porque la unidad de combustión suplemental está configurada para recibir y quemar una fuente de combustible de hidrógeno producida por un reformador.
33. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 29, caracterizado porque la transferencia de calor de la corriente de combustión gaseosa a la corriente de aire comprimido se realiza por una unidad de intercambiador de calor .
34. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 29, caracterizado porque la corriente de combustión gaseosa que tiene dióxido de carbono y agua se genera por una unidad de combustión principal que quema una mezcla de oxigeno y combustible .
35. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 34, caracterizado porque el oxigeno se genera por una Unidad de Separación de Aire.
36. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 34, caracterizado porque el oxigeno se proporciona como aire.
37. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 34, caracterizado porque además incluye la etapa de recircular por lo menos una porción de la corriente de dióxido de carbono a la unidad de combustión principal para moderar la temperatura de combustión en la unidad de combustión principal.
