Abstract

Se proporcionan un polvo de tántalo, un método de preparación del mismo y un ánodo capacitor electrolítico hecho de polvo de tántalo. El polvo de tántalo tiene un área superficial BET no mayor que 0.530 m2/g y un tamaño de partícula promedio Fisher no menor que 3.00 µm. Se proporciona un método para preparar el polvo de tántalo, en donde el polvo de tántalo se prepara a través de reducir un compuesto de tántalo con un agente de reducción. El método se caracteriza porque el polvo de tántalo se añade como semilla durante la reducción y la semilla de polvo de tántalo es el polvo de tántalo que ha sido molido.
