Description
Claims (8)
- 電解質を維持するように封止されたコンデンサ・ケースであって、陰極性であるコンデンサ・ケースと、
該コンデンサ・ケース内に配設された第1の電極であって、基板に配設された焼結部分を含む第1の電極と、
該焼結部分と電気的に接続する該基板に接続される導体であって、該コンデンサ・ケースを通って、該コンデンサ・ケースの外部に配設された第1の端子へと封止的に延び、該第1の端子が該焼結部分と電気的に接続している導体と、
該コンデンサ・ケース内に配設された第2の電極であって、該コンデンサ・ケースの壁部に配設される焼結部分を含む第2の電極と、
該第1の電極と該第2の電極との間に配設されたセパレータと、
該コンデンサ・ケースの外部に配設された第2の端子であって、該第2の電極と電気的に接続している第2の端子と、
を含み、
該第1の端子と該第2の端子は互いに対して電気的に絶縁している、装置。 - 前記第1の電極が陽極性であり、前記第2の電極が陰極性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が、1立方センチメートルあたり74.5マイクロファラッドの静電容量を有するエッチングされたコンデンサのAC静電容量より、23%大きいDC静電容量を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記AC静電容量が、445総電圧で1立方センチメートルあたり少なくとも96.7マイクロファラッドである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の電極は、その相対向する側が焼結されている基板を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が単一パルスを与えるようなサイズである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が36ジュールのパルスを与えるようなサイズである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が36ジュールのパルスを与えるようなサイズおよびパッケージである、請求項6に記載の装置。
