Abstract
Composiciones del acremador libre de proteínas y sistemas estabilizantes contenidos en esto. La composición del acremador incluye un componente emulsionante de por lo menos dos emulsionantes de bajo peso molecular en cantidades relativas suficientes para proporcionar una emulsión estabilizada, un componente de celulosa incluyendo una mezcla de celulosa microcristalina y carboximetilcelulosa en una cantidad suficiente para mantener la homogeneidad de la composición; y un componente de goma de carragenina presente en una cantidad suficiente para mantener la homogeneidad de la composición.
