Abstract
Se divulga una composición del sustituto de crema líquido, perecedera teniendo un agente del sustituto de crema y un sistema estabilizante. El sistema estabilizante incluye un componente de goma, preferentemente de una mezcla de dos diferentes gomas, presentes en una cantidad suficiente para suspender el agente del sustituto de crema en la composición del sustituto de crema líquido en un medio acuoso al cual se añade la composición del sustituto de crema, un emulsionante en una cantidad suficiente para mantener la estabilidad del emulsionante en la composición del sustituto de crema líquido y en el medio acuoso, y un componente de celulosa, preferentemente de una mezcla de una celulosa microcristalina y una mezcla carboximetilcelulosa, en una cantidad suficiente para ayudar a mantener la suspensión y la estabilidad de la emulsión de la composición del sustituto de crema líquida solo y en el medio acuoso. El sistema estabilizante mantiene el sustituto de crema líquido en un estado homogéneo por lo menos durante 9 meses a temperatura ambiente, y además mantiene la composición del sustituto de crema en suspensión cuando se añade al medio acuoso.
