Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo microfluídico pasivo y un método para determinar el tiempo de coagulación de un fluído medio como la sangre, de bajo costo de producción el cual puede ser de este modo desechable. Cuando se optimiza para determinar el tiempo de coagulación de la sangre, requiere de una muestra mínima de sangre íntegra (<5 µL) y está particularmente adecuado para la determinación de RNI o TP, el cual puede ser usado de manera autónoma por el paciente sin venopunción. Medios de monitoreo y procesamiento para interpretar los resultados están comprendidos en un dispositivo coagulómetro externo. Se provee además un método de producción para la fabricación del dispositivo microfluídico.
