Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DEFATORES DE TERAPIA ANTI-COAGULANTE". Um método eaparelho são descritos para a determinação de um fator de terapiaanti-coagulante (ATF), um fator de terapia anti-coagulante corrigidoe um fator de terapia anti-coagulante modificado, todosseletivamente usados para monitorar a terapia anti-coagulante oralpara ajudar a evitar a hemorragia excessiva ou coágulos desangue nocivos à saúde que poderiam, de outra forma, ocorrerantes, durante ou depois da cirurgia. O fator de terapiaanti-coagulante, o fator de terapia anti-coagulante corrigido e umfator de terapia anti-coagulante modificado são baseados nosmétodos descritos para a determinação da taxa de transformaçãodo fibrinogênio que, por sua vez, é dependente de um ponto deaceleração máxima para a conversão do fibrinogênio.
