Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a varios métodos para evaluar el efecto hemostático y varios reactivos de inicio de coagulación sanguínea para construir un método para evaluar la reacción de coagulación sanguínea mediada por una sustancia que tiene la actividad de sustituir el factor VIII de coagulación (FVIII). Como resultado, se descubrió que al usar un reactivo de inicio de coagulación que contiene el factor IX de coagulación, activado (FXIa9 y fosfolípidos, se puede evaluar el efecto de una sustancia que tiene la actividad de sustituir el factor VIII de coagulación (FVIII) en la reacción de coagulación sanguínea, usando la cantidad de trombina generada en la muestra de sangre como un indicador.
