Abstract

La presente invenci?n se refiere a un complejo de pol?mero anfifilico-BMP, el cual es f?sicamente y qu?micamente estable y soluble en agua caracterizado en que: los pol?meros anfifilicos comprenden un esqueleto de polisac?rido hidrofilico funcional izado con sustituyentes hidrofobicos y grupos hidrofolicos. La BMP se selecciona a participar del grupo de las BMP terap?uticamente activas (Prote?nas Morfogen?ticas Oseas), la relaci?n en masa de pol?meros/BMP es inferior que o igual a 700. La invenci?n tambi?n se refiere al proceso para preparar el complejo de pol?mero antififilico-BMP, en un medio acuoso y en la ausencia de solventes org?nicos, probablemente para desnaturalizar la prote?na. La invenci?n tambi?n se refiere a composici0ones terap?uticas de un complejo de pol?mero anfifilico-BMP de conformidad con la invenci?n.
