Abstract
Las nanopartículas comprenden un polímero biodegradable, una ciclodextrina o un derivado de la misma, y una molécula biológicamente activa. Dichas nanopartículas pueden asociar elevadas cantidades de moléculas biológicamente activas, especialmente, de naturaleza hidrófoba, y liberar la molécula biológicamente activa proporcionando unos niveles plasmáticos sostenidos y constantes de la misma cuando son administradas por vía oral o a través de cualquier otra mucosa del organismo.
