Abstract

본 발명은 친수성 고분자와 소수성 고분자가 결합된 복합체인 양친성 고분자 나노 입자에 siRNA가 결합된 siRNA 전달체 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 자기 집합체(self-assembled)를 형성하는 키토산-답즙산 복합체와 폴리에틸렌이민(PEI)-담즙산 복합체로 이루어진 양친성 고분자 나노 입자에 siRNA(small interfering RNA)를 결합시켜 제조한 siRNA 전달체 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 siRNA 전달체에 의하면, 질병 세포의 특정 단백질의 발현을 차단할 수 있는 치료용 siRNA가 생체 내로 효율적으로 전달될 수 있으므로, 각종 질병의 치료를 위하여 광범위하게 사용될 수 있다.
