Abstract
La presente invención un metodo para formar un revestimiento continuo en partículas de fósforo, en un polvo de fósforo fino, caracterizado porque comprende: a) la vaporización de un material precursor que contiene silicio en un gas portador inerte para formar un gas portador que contiene al precursor de silicio vaporizado; b) el paso del gas portador que contiene al precursor de silicio a traves de una mezcla de polvo de fósforo y hasta 1 por ciento de auxiliar fluidizante, para formar un lecho fluidizado en el cual las partículas se suspenden en el gas portador, y para envolver las partículas fluidizadas con el vapor del precursor de silicio del lecho fluidizado que se mantiene a condiciones cercanas a las isotermicas; c) el agitado de partículas por medios de agitación en el lecho fluidizado mientras las partículas se suspenden en el lecho fluidizado y el gas portador; y d) el paso del gas oxidante en el lecho fluidizado en forma separada del gas portador que contiene al precursor de silicio vaporizado y la reacción del gas oxidante con el precursor del silicio vaporizado en las partículas del polvo de fósforo para formar un revestimiento continuo de sílice, de espesor predeterminado en las partículas del fósforo.
