Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de inyección vertical incorporado con un molde de división compuesto de elementos de molde que incluyen mitades de molde superior e inferior y que definen una cavidad que se va a llenar con una fusión, la mitad de molde inferior teniendo un agujero de manguito vertical en el lado exterior del mismo y un agujero de pasaje de fusión vertical que comunica entre la cavidad y el agujero de manguito, la mitad de molde superior teniendo un agujero de pasador que se extiende verticalmente, coaxial con el agujero de pasaje de fusión y abierto a la cavidad y provisto con un pasador de molde que se extiende verticalmente, que es movible a través del agujero de pasador, cuando menos una parte superior del agujero de pasaje de fusión en la cercanía de la cavidad teniendo un diámetro menor que un diámetro del agujero de manguito, pero ligeramente mayor que un diámetro del pasador de molde, de modo que hay un pequeño espacio circunferencial entre el pasador de molde y el agujero de pasaje de fusión, el aparato comprendiendo un manguito de inyección y un émbolo en el mismo, elementos para accionar el manguito de inyección, para ocasionar que el manguito de inyección se mueva hacia y sea recibido en el agujero de manguito, elementos para accionar el émbolo, para ocasionar que el émbolo lleve a cabo una inyección y elementos para accionar un movimiento del pasador de molde, en donde después de que la fusión en el manguito se inyecta hacia la cavidad por el émbolo, a través del agujero de pasaje de fusión, el pasador de molde es forzado a moverse a una posición inferior, de modo que una porción d e extremo libre inferior del pasador de molde se inserte en cuando menos la parte superior del agujero de pasaje de fusión a través de la cavidad, impulsando de esta manera la fusión llenada en la cavidad y el agujero de pasaje de fusión contra la superficie de la cavidad.
