Claims (1)

  1. 몰드가 부착될수 있는 저면을 갖는 몰드 부착판과; 상기 몰드 부착판을 통하여 이연하며 상기 판의 전면 및 후면에 개방되는 구멍내에 미끄러질 수 있게 삽입된 게이트 절단용 펀치, 그 중앙에 세로로 이연하는 보어를 갖는 상기 게이트 절단용펀치와; 상기 게이트 절단용 펀치의 상기 보어 내에 미끄러질 수 있게 삽입된 이젝터 핀과; 상기 몰드 부착판의 후면상에 부착되고 상기 게이트 절단용 펀치의 후단에 접촉 할 수 있는 피스톤을 가지며, 동일한 축의 선상에 정렬된 전부에 대경을, 후부에 소경을 갖는 스탭드 보어로 상기 피스톤이 형성되는 게이트 절단용 드라이브 실린더와; 상기 피스톤의 상기 스탭드 보어를 통하여 이연하며 상기 스탭트보어의 상기 대경부 내에 미끄러질 수 있는 대경부를 가지며, 상기 이젝터 로드의 전단이 상기 이젝터 핀의 후단에 접촉 할 수 있는 이젝트 로드; 및 동일한 축의 선상에 상기 게이트 절단용 드라이브 실린더 하방에 구비된 스프루우 돌출용 드라이브 실린더로 구성되는 사출성형기.
