Claims (5)
- 실린더 후실의 내경이 실린더 전실의 내경보다 크게 형성된 체결 실린더를 포함하고 실린더 후실의 외주벽과 피스톤 사이에 흐름틈새가 형성되며, 상기 피스톤의 실린더 전실에 맞는 외경을 가지며 체결램과 부스터램을 서로 동축으로 하여 전방부와 후방부를 가지는 사출성형기의 체결 기구에 있어서, 체결램에 연결되어 작동되는 피스톤 로드를 구비한 충전 실린더가 상기 채결 실린더의 측면에 나란히 배치되고 상기 충전 실린더가 피스톤의 후부에 있는 체결램의 단부위보다 작게 형성되어 실린더내의 작동유의 일부가 체결램의 운동에 따라 상기 충전 실린더에 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결기구.
- 실린더 후실의 내경이 실린더 전실의 내경보다 크게 형성된 체결 실린더를 포함하고 실린더 후실의 외주벽과 피스톤 사이에 흐름틈새가 형성되며, 상기 피스톤이 실린더 전실에 맞는 외경을 가지며 체결램과 부스터램을 서로 동축으로 하여 전방부와 후방부를 가지고, 상기 부스터램의 직경이 체결램의 직경보다 작게 형성되고, 상기 실린더 전실과 후실에 걸쳐 대구경 통로를 구비하고 유압 회로가 통로의 실린더 후실측에 연결되며, 밸브 부재가 실린더 전실측 통로를 개폐하도록 구비되는 사출성형기의 체결 기구에 있어서, 체결램에 연결되어 작동하는 피스톤이 구비된 충전 실린더가 상기 체결 실린더의 측면에 체결램과 나란히 배치되고, 상기 충전 실린더가 실린더 전실과 서로 통하며, 상기 충전 실린더가 피스톤 후부의 체결램 단부위보다 작게 형성되며, 실린더내의 작동유 일부가 체결램의 운동에 따라 상기 충전 실린더로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충전 실린더가 체결 실린더의 측면에 체결램과 평행하게 배치되고 충전 피스톤의 피스톤 로드가 가동판에 연결되어 체결램을 따라 움직이는 사출성형기의 체결기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충전 실린더가 체결 실린더 하부에 장착된 사출성형기의 체결기구.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드가 체결램의 가압력 단부 저부에 돌출된 암에 연결되고 체결램을 따라 이동하는 사출성형기의 체결기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
