Claims (4)

  1. 실린더 후실의 내경이 실린더 전실의 내경보다 크게 형성된 금형 체결실린더가 포함되고 실린더 후실의 주벽과 피스톤사이에 유동간극이 형성되어 있으며 상기 피스톤은 외경이 상기 실린더 전실의 외경과 맞게되어 있고 전후방부에서 동축으로 배치된 금형 체결 램가 부스터 램(booster ram)을 가지는 금형 체결기구에 있어서, 금형 체결 램과 작동연결된 피스톤 로드가 구비된 충전 실린더가 실린더 전실과 연결되도록 상기 금형 체결 실린더에 대하여 배치되어 있고, 충전 실린더의 충전영역은 금형 체렬 램이 이동하는 동안 오일의 양을 감소시킬 수 있도록 피스톤의 후면에 있는 금형 체결 램의 단부 영역보다 작게 형성되어 금형 체결 램이 고속으로 이동할 수 있도록 된 금형 체결기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실린더로 통하는 큰 개구를 가진 상기 통로는 실린더 전실로 부터 실린더 후실레 걸쳐 형성되고, 상기 통로는 실린더 전실측 통로 및 실린더 후실측 통로를 가지며 이들 통로는 그 압력이 나사(14)에 의하여 적절히 조절될 수 있는 스프링 부재(13)에 의하여 상기 밸브가 폐쇄되는 방향으로 힘을 받는 체크밸브를 이루는 밸브부재에 의하여 차단될 수 있고, 상기 밸브부재의 측면에는 유압회로로 부터의 압력 오일용 유동구멍이 형성되어 있는 금형 체결기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 큰 개구를 가진 상기 통로의 실린더 전실측에 설치된 상기 유압 작동장치는 유압 실런더와 피스톤 및 통로내에서 상기 피스톤과 연결된 작동 로드를 포함하고 상기 밸브부재의 반대편에 설치된 사출성형기용 금형 체결기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부스터 램의 피스톤 로드가 금형 체결 실린더의 후방벽에 고정된 사출 성형기용 금형 체결기구.
