Abstract
본 발명은 가압 가스의 공급원에 연결되고 플라스틱 재료를 팽윤시켜 중공 부품을 생산하도록 플라스틱 재료인젝션 몰드의 캐비티내로 그 말단이 연리도록 설계된 튜브(1)를 포함하는 플라스틱 재료로 된 중공부품을 몰딩하기 위한 가스 인젝터를 제공하는 것으로, 상기 인젝터는 튜브(1)가 그의 이러한 말단(11)에서 밀봉 밸브(4)의 시이트를 형성하고, 상기 밸브는 이러한 밸브를 닫히게 하는 스프링(6)의 작용을 받는 로드에 의해 튜브내로 돌설하며, 상기 로드는 또한 스프링에 의해 밸브를 열도록 제어수단이 취부된 구동 수단의 작용을 받기도한 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 가스 인젝터는 몰딩된 부품의 품질을 향상시키고 이러한 품질의 일정성을 초래하여, 폐기되어야 할 불량 부품의 수를 현저하게 감소기키는 잇점을 갖는다.

Claims (2)
- 플라스틱 중공 부품 몰딩용 가스 인젝터로서, 로드(5)에 의해 튜브내로 돌설하는 밀봉 밸브(4)가 취부된 일말단이 인젝션 몰드의 캐비티내로 열리도록 설계됨과 동시에, 타말단은 캐비티에 탑재된 로드(5)가 그 안으로 신장하는 중공 구내(hollow enclosure)로 열리는 튜브(1)를 포함하고, 밸브 잠금 스프링(6)의 작용에 더하여, 전자석이 또한 스프링에 의해 밸브를 열도록 설장되며, 상기 배치가 상기 전자석이 솔레노이드 플런저를 갖는 전자석이며, 그의 상기 솔레노이드(9)는 전적으로 캐비티내에 배치되는 반면에 그의 코일(10)은 캐비티의 외부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 인젝터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자석의 상기 솔레노이드 플런저(9)가 캐비티의 말단에 있는 하우징내에 간극을 갖고 위치되고, 이러한 하우징이 가압 가스가 캐비티(2)를 통해서 튜브(1)내로 유동하기 위한 덕트를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 인젝터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
