Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un metodo para la producción de un activador del plasminógeno humano, de tipo uroquinasa, de una sola cadena, o uno de sus mutantes; caracterizado porque comprende cultivar, con condiciones apropiadas de nutrientes, una cepa de levadura, transformada con un vector híbrido que incluye una secuencia del control de expresión de la levadura, un segmento de ADN que consta de una primera secuencia de ADN que codifica un peptido de señal, corriente arriba de y en un marco de lectura con una segunda secuencia de ADN, que codifica para el activador madura de plasminógeno, de tipo uroquinasa, o uno de sus mutantes, dicho segmento de aDN está bajo el control transcripcional de la secuencia de control de expresión, y una secuencia de ADN que comprende señales de terminación de transcripción de un gene de levadura y aislar dicho activador de plasminógeno, de tipo uroquinasa o sus mutantes.
