Abstract
Invenţia se referă la substanţele heterociclice, în specila la căpătarea 5-piperidino-7-[N-(n-pentil)-N-(β-oxietil)-amino]-S-triazolo)(1,5-α)-pirimidinei care posedă proprietăţi vasodilatatoare, acţiune inotropică şi antiaritmică ce poate fi folosită în medicină.Scopul invenţiei este crearea unui compus mai activ al clasei indicate. Sinteza lui se efectuează cu ajutorul reacţiei 5,7-diclor-S-triazol(1,5-α)-pirimidinei cu n-pentiletanol-amină la 10-15°C cu adăugarea ulterioară a piperidinei la 40-50°C, efectuarea procesului în mediul alcoolului inferior- etanol şi degajarea produsului cu destinaţie specială cu randamentul de 80% şi t°C de topire 117-118°C. Substanşa nouă în comparaţie cu trapidilul acordă blocarea agregaţiei trombocitelor şi o influenţă mai mare asupra puterii de contractare a inimii la toxicitatea LD50=230 mg/g contra 150 mg/kg.
