Abstract
The invention relates to the heterocyclic substances, particularly to the obtaining of the 5-piperidino-7-N-(N-pentyl)-N-(β-oxyethyl)-amino)-S-triazolo (1,5)-pyrimidine possessing vasodilating properties, inotropic and antiarhythmic action that can be used in the medicine.the purpose of the invention consists in the creation of a more active compound of the said class. Its synthesis is realized by means of 5,7-dichlor-S-triazol-(1,5)-pyrimidine reaction with n-pentylethanol-amine at 10-15°C with the subsequent addition of piperidine at 40-50°C, realization of the process in the inferior alcohol medium-ethanol and the product escape with the ratio of 80% and t°C of melting of 117-118°C. The new substance in comparison with the trapidule provides blocking of thrombocytes aggregation and a higher influence on the contracting power of the heart at the toxicity of LD50=230 mg/g againts 150 mg/kg.
