Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatiepentru prelucrarea fara deseuri a srotului de extractie din seminte de floarea-soarelui si poate fiutilizata in zootehnie pentru hranirea animalelor. Procedeul de preparare a srotului de extractie din seminte de floarea-soarelui, destinat furajarii, include separarea srotului de extractie alcatuitdin coji, particele de miez si coji cu particele de miez aderente in functie de marimea particulelor in doua fractiuni cu continuturi diferite de proteina bruta si celuloza bruta prin cel putin o singura cernere, obtinerea unei fractiuni cu un continut ridicat de proteina bruta, utila ca furaj pentru nerumegatoare, si a unei fractiuni cu un continut redus de proteina bruta, utila ca furaj pentru rumegatoare. Particulele srotului de extractie se supun structurarii si maruntirii mecanice prin macinare, totodata particulele de miez alipite de coji se separa pentru descompunerea ulterioara a fibrelor de coji grosiere si imbunatatirea structurii
