A találmány hagyományos napraforgóból készült extrahált napraforgódaraegygyomrúak és kérődzőek takarmányozási céljára történő hulladékmentesfeldolgozására alkalmas eljárásra és berendezésre vonatkozik, ahol amaghéjdarabkákból, magrészecskékből és rátapadt magot tartalmazóhéjdarabkákból álló extrahált napraforgódara mechanikus strukturálásrakerül úgy, hogy közben az extrahált darából képződött anyagcsomókszétaprításra, a héjdarabkák a magrészecskékről leválasztásra és ahéjdarabkák a rostszerkezet megtartása és javítása mellett aprításrakerülnek, és ahol a strukturált anyagot két olyan frakcióra bontják,melyekben eltérő a nyersfehérje és a nyersrost részaránya, minek soránegy nagy fehérjetartalmú, az egygyomrúak takarmányozására alkalmasfrakcióhoz és egy, a kérődzőek takarmányozására alkalmas, nyersrostbangazdag frakcióhoz jutnak, mely utóbbit a tápérték és az emészthetőségjavítása céljából egy feltárási eljárásnak vetik alá.
