Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi o instalaţie pentru prelucrarea fără deşeuri a şrotului de extracţie din seminţe de floarea-soarelui şi poate fi utilizată în zootehnie pentru hrănirea animalelor.Procedeul de preparare a şrotului de extracţie din seminţe de floarea-soarelui, destinat furajării, include separarea şrotului de extracţie alcătuit din coji, părticele de miez şi coji cu părticele de miez aderenteîn funcţie de mărimea particulelorîn două fracţiuni cu conţinuturi diferite de proteină brută şi celuloză brută prin cel puţin o singură cernere, obţinerea unei fracţiuni cu un conţinut ridicat de proteină brută, utilă ca furaj pentru nerumegătoare, şi a unei fracţiuni cu un conţinut redus de proteină brută, utilă ca furaj pentru rumegătoare. Particulele şrotului de extracţie se supun structurării şi mărunţirii mecanice prin măcinare, totodată particulele de miez alipite de coji se separă pentru descompunerea ulterioară a fibrelor de coji grosiere şi îmbunătăţirea structurii lor . Particulele se separă în funcţie de mărime prin cernere, particulele mari, care nu trec prin inserţia de sită, se separă cu aer după greutatea lor specifică. Particulele uşoare obţinute prin separare cu aer, care sunt formate în principal din elemente de coji, se colectează în fracţiunea cu un conţinut înalt de celuloză brută de peste 15%, şi cu un conţinut redus de proteină brută, iar particulele cu greutatea specifică mare, care sunt formate în principal din particule de miez sau particule de miez cu coji aderente, se colectează în fracţiunea cu un conţinut ridicat de proteină brută de peste 40%, şi un conţinut de celuloză brută mai mic de 10%.Instalaţia pentru realizarea procedeului menţionat include un rezervor de încărcare (1) cu un melc de dozare (2) pentru reglarea cantitativă uniformă a admisiei şrotului de extracţie într-un dispozitiv (29) pentru desfacerea aglomeraţiilor şi mărunţirea fină a şrotului de extracţie, la care sunt unite consecutiv cel puţin două combinaţii, ce constau dintr-un dispozitiv de cernere (5, 6, 7, 8), un separator cu aer (9, 10, 11, 12) şi un ventilator (13, 15, 17, 19) cu separator (14, 16, 18, 20) cu ecluză de evacuare (14a, 16a, 18a, 20a). Fiecare dispozitiv de cernere este cuplat cu separatorul cu aer corespunzător pentru transportarea particulelor de dimensiuni mari, ce nu trec prin sită, şi cu următorul dispozitiv de cernere pentru transportarea particulelor de dimensiuni mici, ce trec prin sită, prin intermediul unor conducte de cuplare (5a, 6a, 7a, 8a şi, respectiv, 5b, 6b, 7b, 8b), totodată cel puţin al doilea dispozitiv de cernere şi fiecare din următoarele (6, 7, 8) este dotat suplimentar cu un dispozitiv concasor mobil (6e, 7e, 8e) montat în interior, iar fiecare separator cu aer (9, 10, 11, 12) este legat cu ventilatorul (13, 15, 17, 19) şi separatorul (14, 16, 18, 20) corespunzător prin intermediul unei conducte de aspiraţie (9b, 10b, 11b, 12b) pentru aspirarea particulelor mari cu greutate specifică redusă, ce conţin celuloză brută, totodată particulele uşoare aspirate sunt dirijate prin ecluza de evacuare (14a, 16a, 18a, 20a) şi conductele de cuplare (14b, 16b, 18b, 20b) într-un rezervor de colectare (31) a fracţiunii ce conţine celuloză brută. Instalaţia, de asemenea, conţine un turboseparator (21), unit prin intermediul unei conducte de cuplare (21d) cu rezervorul de colectare (31). La turboseparator (21) sunt conectate conductele de evacuare a aerului (14c, 16c, 18c, 20c) ale ventilatoarelor (13, 15, 17, 19). Ieşirea (9a, 10a, 11a) fiecărui separator cu aer (9, 10, 11), cu excepţia ultimului (12), este unită prin intermediul unei conducte de cuplare (9c, 10c, 11c) la un dispozitiv comun de mărunţire (22…25) pentru particulele cu părticele de miez aderente ce conţin proteină brută, iar ieşirea (8b) ultimului dispozitiv de cernere (8) şi ieşirea (12a) ultimului separator cu aer (12), prin intermediul unei cutii cu clapete cu două poziţii (26d) şi a unor conducte de cuplare (12d şi, respectiv, 12c) sunt unite cu rezervorul de colectare (50) pentru fracţiunea ce conţine proteină şi cu rezervorul de colectare (31) pentru fracţiunea ce conţine celuloză brută, iar ieşirea (24a) dispozitivului de mărunţire (22…25) este unită cu admisia primului dispozitiv de cernere (5) prin intermediul unui dispozitiv de transport (3).
