Abstract

La présente invention concerne la désignation de deux zones de traitement différentes dans une grande masse d'eau. La première zone est une zone de sédimentation. Cette zone est utilisée principalement pour fournir le traitement et la sédimentation de microorganismes et/ou de contaminants afin de les neutraliser et/ou de les éliminer de la masse d'eau. Dans cette zone, un procédé de désinfection basé sur un indice ct et l'application d'une quantité efficace d'une composition de floculant peuvent être utilisés. La seconde zone est une zone de dissipation. Cette zone est le lieu où les activités de loisirs aquatiques en contact direct avec l'eau sont prévues. Dans la zone de dissipation, un écoulement d'eau est établi qui, conjointement avec les courants naturels produits par des vents et/ou des différences de température d'eau, génère un motif de dissipation du volume d'eau à l'intérieur de la zone de dissipation vers la zone de sédimentation. De plus, une désinfection continue du volume d'eau dans la zone de dissipation est de préférence assurée par maintien d'un chlore résiduel permanent.
