Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs de surveillance des mouvements de transports afin de compter et de réguler ces mouvement en utilisant l'identification des véhicules. Le résultat technique de l'invention consiste en une simplification du système en une plage, en l'élimination de la nécessité d'installer des structures au-dessus ou sur les côtés des voies routières afin de fixer des antennes afin d'assurer le fonctionnement d'un cadre magnétique disposé sous la surface de la voie routière, et d'assurer un fonctionnement fiable et sans danger du système y compris dans le cas d'un trafic rapide de véhicules dans des système d'induction de plage hf à une distance d'action très grande. Le système à induction de détection et d'identification de véhicules comprend des moyens d'identification électronique avec une mémoire électronique disposés sur les véhicules, et un compteur afin de lire et/ou inscrire des informations par rapport aux moyens d'identification électronique dans la plage de fréquence hf, des moyens électroniques d'identification de véhicules intégrés dans la plaque d'immatriculation du véhicule, une mémoire électronique électriquement autonome, un compteur comprenant un cadre magnétique disposé dans un corps diélectrique sous la surface de la voie routière de la surface de circulation de la voie à une profondeur allant jusqu'à 1 m et assurant la formation autour de celui-ci d'un champ magnétique alternatif définissant une zone de détection et d'identification de sorte qu'à une puissance de glissement d'un signal ne dépassant 1 w appliqué sur le cadre magnétique, la largeur de la zone de détection et d'identification de véhicule correspond à la largeur de la bande de circulation de la partie de la voie, tandis que sa hauteur représente au moins 1 m depuis la surface de la voie et l'étendue le long de la voie routière représente jusqu'à 2 m. Le temps minimal de comptage par le compteur d'entrées discrètes formées par les moyens électroniques d'identification et le temps minimal d'identification par celui-ci du véhicule correspondent à la vitesse de déplacement du véhicule jusqu'à 250 km/h représente moins de 25 ms. Les moyens électroniques d'identification et le compteur peuvent échanger réciproquement des données à une vitesse de 1 kbit/s, et les électroniques d'identification et le compteur peuvent coder et décoder des informations et limiter l'accès à des données.
