Abstract
Composés organiques L'invention se rapporte à des composés de pipéridine 3,5-substitués, ces composés sont employés pour le traitement diagnostique et thérapeutique d'un animal à sang chaud, tout particulièrement pour le traitement d'une maladie (= trouble) qui dépend de l'activité de la rénine ; à l'utilisation d'un composé de cette classe pour la préparation d'une préparation pharmaceutique destinée au traitement d'une maladie qui dépend de l'activité de la rénine ; à l'utilisation d'un composé de cette classe dans le traitement d'une maladie qui dépend de l'activité de la rénine ; à des préparations pharmaceutiques comprenant un composé de pipéridine 3,5-substitué, et/ou à une méthode de traitement consistant à administrer de pipéridine 3,5-substitué, à une méthode de fabrication d'un composé de pipéridine 3,5-substitué, et à de nouveaux intermédiaires et aux étapes partielles de leur synthèse. Les composés préférés (qui peuvent également être présents en tant que sels) possèdent la formule I¿ dans laquelle, R1, R2, T, R3 et R4 sont tels que définis dans la description.
