Abstract

Le 2,6-diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzothiazole, utile pour produire le pramipexole, est produit selon les étapes suivantes:(i) faire réagir le brome avec une solution de 4-acetamido-cyclohexanone dans de l'eau pour produire le 2-bromo-4-acetamido-cyclohexanone; (ii) après l'étape (i), ajouter la thio-urée pour produire 6-acetyl amino-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benztniozole; (iii) après l'étape (ii), ajouter une solution aqueuse de l'acide bromhydrique pour produire le 2,6-diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzathiozole dihydrobromide; et (iv) après l'étape (iii), isoler le 2,6-diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzthiozole.
