Abstract
본 발명은 얇은 시이트 재료(14)내에 약 0.05㎟ 이상의 천공을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 얇은 시이트 재료는 제1과 제2면을 포함하며, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료의 한 면 이상은 접착제(116)로 실질적으로 피복되어 있다. 본 발명의 방법은 (a) 상승부의 높이가 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제의 두께와 동일하거나 더 작은, 일정 패턴의 상승부를 보유하는 패턴화된 모루(32) 상에 접착제-피복된 얇은 시이트 재료를 위치시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 얇은 시이트 재료에 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제를 천공하기에 충분한 양의 음파 진동을 가하는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 방법에 의해 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제는 패턴화된 모루(32) 상의 상승부의 패턴과 일반적으로 동일한 패턴으로 천공된다.

제1도는 얇은 시이트 재료를 천공하기 위한 음파 진동을 제공하는데 유용할 수 있는 장치를 도식화한 도면이다, 제2도는 얇은 시이트 재료의 음파 진동에 노출되는 부분을 상세하게 나타낸 도면이다, 제2도는 제1도에서 점선으로 표시한 부분의 확대도이다, 제3도는 패턴화된 모루와 음파 혼 사이의 얇은 시이트 재료의 투시도를 나타낸 도면이다, 제4도는 음파 혼의 상세도를 포함하는 제1도의 장치를 도식화한 도면이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) 상승부의 높이가 얇은 시이트 재료 및 임의의 접착제의 두께와 동일하거나 더 작은, 일정 패턴의 상승부를 보유하는 패턴화된 모루 상에 합성 시이트 재료를 위치시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 합성 시이트 재료에 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 임의의 접착제를 천공하기에 충분한 양의 음파 진동을 가하는 단계를 포함하여, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 임의의 접착제를 상기 패턴화된 모루 상의 상승부의 패턴과 일반적으로 동일한 패턴으로 천공하고, 라이너는 천공하지 않는, 제1표면과 제2표면을 보유하는 얇은 시이트 재료 내에 천공을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료의 하나 이상의 표면이 라이너와 평면 인접위치에 존재하며, 접착제가 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 상에 임의로 피복되며, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료와 상기 임의의 접착제 및 상기 라이너가 함께 합성 시이트 재료를 구성하며, 형성된 천공 개개의 면적이 일반적으로 약 0.05㎟인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라이너가 실리콘 피복된 박리 페이퍼인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료가 부직 웹을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료가 필름을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 본질적으로 아크릴 접착제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴화된 모루가 상승부를 보유하는 원통형 로울러인 방법.

- (a) 상승부의 높이가 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제의 두께와 동일하거나 더작은, 일정 패턴의 상승부를 보유하는 패턴화된 모루 상에 합성 시이트 재료를 위치시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 합성 시이트 재료에 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 액체 부재하에 천공하나, 라이너는 천공하지 않기에 충분한 양의 초음파 진동을 가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제가 상기 패턴화된 모루 위의 상승부의 패턴과 일반적으로 동일한 패턴으로 천공되고, 라이너는 천공하지 않는, 제1표면과 제2표면을 보유하는 얇은 시이트 재료 내에 천공을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료의 하나 이상의 표면이 라이너와 평면 인접위치에 존재하며, 접착제가 상기 얇은 시이트 재료의 한 표면상에 피복되며, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료와 상기 임의의 접착제 및 상기 라이너가 함께 합성 시이트 재료를 구성하며, 형성된 천공 개개의 면적이 일반적으로 약 0.05㎟인 방법.
- (a) 상승부의 높이가 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제의 두께와 동일하거나 더 작은, 일정 패턴의 상승부를 보유하는 패턴화된 모루 상 접착제-피복된 얇은 시이트 재료를 위치시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 얇은 시이트 재료에 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제를 천공하기에 충분한 양의 음파 진동을 가하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 얇은 시이트 및 접착제의 천공 방법으로 제조된, 제1면과 제2면을 보유하는 얇은 시이트 재료로서, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료 및 접착제가 상기 패턴화된 모루 상의 상승부의 패턴과 일반적으로 동일한 패턴으로 천공되고, 상기 얇은 시이트 재료의 한 면 이상이 실질적으로 접착제로 피복되고, 그 내부에 다수의 천공을 보유하며, 천공 개개의 면적이 일반적으로 약 0.05㎟ 이상인 얇은 시이트 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
