Abstract
본 발명은, 소결되지 않은 성형체를 제조하기 위해서, 가소제 및 결합제로서 (a) 시클로드데칸, 시클로드데카놀, 스테아릴 알콜 또는 이것들 중, 2개의 물질 또는 전부의 물질을 혼합시킨 혼합물을, (b) 스테아린 산과 조합하여 사용하는, 소결 방법에 의한 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.상기 방법은 자석의 제조, 특히 세그먼트 자석의 제조에 적합하다.

Claims (6)
- 미세한 입자로 구성된 경질의 페라이트 분말을 가소제 및 결합제의 첨가후에 소결되지 않은 성형체로 성형하여, 가열의 수단에 의해 가소제 및 결합제를 소결되지 않은 성형체로부터 제거하여, 그 후, 소결되지 않은 성형체를 소결 온도에 까지 가열하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 가소제 및 결합제로서 (a) 시클로드데칸, 시클로드데카놀, 스테아릴 알콜 또는 상기 중의 2개의 물질 또는 전부의 물질을 혼합시킨 혼합물을, (b) 스테아린 산과 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형체가 등방성 또는 이방성 자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형체가 등방성 또는 이방성의 세그먼트 자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세한 입자로 구성된 경질이 페라이트 분말을 가소제 및 결합제를 첨가한 후, 사출 성형, 압출 성형 또는 프레스 성형에 의해 자기장 속에서 소결되지 않은 성형체로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가소제 및 결합제가, 미세한 입자로 구성된 경질의 페라이트 분말에 대하여 0.1중량 백분율∼30중량 백분율의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 미세한 입자로 구성된 경질의 페라이트 분말에 대한 가소제 및 결합제로서, (a) 시클로드데칸, 시클로드데카놀, 스테아릴 알콜 또는 상기 중의 2개의 물질 또는 모든 물질을 혼합시킨 혼합물 0.1중량 백분율∼20중량 백분율을, (b) 스테아린 산 0.1중량 백분율∼15중량 백분율과 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질의 페라이트로 이루어지는 성형체의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
