Claims (1)

  1. 순철분말에, 결합제로서 열가소성 수지를 전체의 8∼15중량%의 비율로 첨가하여 가열혼련시킨 후, 실온에서 분쇄하며, 사출성형기로 성형체를 성형하고, 계속해서, 상기한 사출성형체를 680∼750℃고온에서 탈지처리하여 상기한 결합제의 탄소함유량이 0.05중량%이하인 가소결체로 한 후, 상기한 가소결체를 870∼910℃의 저온에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도가 높은 사출성형 순철소결재의 제조법.
