잔류자속 밀도가 높은 사출성형 순철소결 연자성재의 제조법

Claims (1)

  1. 순철분말에, 결합제로서 열가소성 수지를 전체의 8∼15중략%의 비율로 첨가하여 가열혼련시킨 후, 실온에서 분쇄하며, 사출성형기로 성형체로 성형하고, 계속해서, 상기한 사출성형체를 680-750℃의 온도에서 탈지처리하여, 상기한 결합제의 탄소함량이 0.05중량%이하인 가소결체로 하며, 상기한 가소결체를 870∼910℃의 온도로 소결하여 이론밀도비가 96%이상인 고밀도 소결체로 하고, 상기한 고밀도 소결체를 1050-1350℃의 온도에서 연자성화 열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잔류자속밀도가 높은 사출성형 순철소결 연자성재의 제조법.
