Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize heat resistance and magnetic characteristics, by injecting and molding the mixture of powder of ferromagnetic metal alloy powder or ferromagnetic metal alloy compound powder and thermoplastic resin with specified mixing ratio in the magnetic field at an injecting temperature in a specified range, and at a metal-mold temperature. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of 95-80wt% of the powder of the ferromagnetic metal alloy powder such as Sn0.6Fe2O3 series ferrite magnetic powder or the ferromagnetic metal alloy compound powder and 5-20wt% of thermoplastic resin such as polyamide resin is injected and molded in the magnetic field at the injecting and molding temperature of 200-350 deg.C and at the metal molding temperature of 50-150 deg.C. By this method, the anisotropic series magnet having stabilized heat resistance and magnetic characteristics can be manufactured.
