PURPOSE:To obtain multipolar magnets at a low cost when the magnets are to be formed of a high molecular compound like plastics, rubber, etc., and of a ferromagnetic material powder by a method wherein the volume filling rate of the powder against the compound is made to be 45% or more, and the magnets are oriented toward a prescribed direction in the magnetic field generating by permanent magnets being provided in a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:Plural gaps 6 having the form of product are formed in the metal mold 3 of an injection molding machine consisting of stainless steel, etc., and permanent magnets 20 generating magnetic field orienting toward the prescribed direction are buried in the mold on four sides surrounding the gaps. The high molecular compound of plastics, rubber, etc., containing the ferromagnetic material powder being made the volume filling rate to be 45% or more is filled in the gaps 6, and the anisotropic plastic magnets 15 are produced being oriented in the magnetic field generating by the magnets 20.
