Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 3 made of high permeability material, and a samarium-cobalt type permanent magnet 4 whose maximum energy product is larger than or equal to 10 MGOe are arranged around a metal cavity 1 across a non-magnetic ring 2 and perpendicularly to the cavity surface in the manner that the poles of the magnets 4 are of the same polarity at both sides of the core 3. The cavity 1, the ring 2, the magnetic core 3 and the magnet 4 constitute a magnetic path. Molding is carried out by injecting magnetic powder in a metal mold 5. Thereby, an anisotropic multi-pole plastic magnet 12 is obtained.
