Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a strong and uniform magnetic field, by magnetically coupling a permanent magnet with the magnetic pole piece opposed thereto so as to form a gap by a yoke heel piece and forming the magnetic pole piece by laminating a high permeability magnetic material and a magnetic composite material in a magnetic path direction to arrange the high permeability magnetic material so as to allow the same to face to the gap. CONSTITUTION:A pair of permanent magnets are formed by fixing magnetic pole pieces 9, 10 to one surfaces of permanent magnets 7, 8 and the magnetic pole pieces 9, 10 are formed by together using magnetic composite materials 11, 12 having high specific resistance composed of a magnetic powder such as an iron or iron alloy powder and an electric insulating binder material such as rubber or resin and magnetic materials 13, 14 having high permeability such as pure iron or soft iron and laminating both materials 11, 12 and 13, 14 so that the high permeability magnetic materials 13, 14 are arranged at positions faced to a gap 16 where a magnetic field is formed.
