Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve total amount of magnetic flux, by forming a multi-polar- magnetized body in such a manner as to arrange an easy magnetizing axis of magnetic powder particles in the radial direction at the time of executing injection formation in the magnetic field in advance, and also by aligning the magnetic flux with the easy magnetizing axis. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical magnet is formed of a material consisting of 95-80% of ferromagnetic metal alloy powder or ferromagnetic metal alloy compound powder and 5-20% of thermo-plastic resin powder. The easy magnetizing axes of magnetic powder particles are arranged in advance in a multi-polar configuration in the radial direction of the magnet. Then, multi-polar magnetization in the radial direction is executed at the time of using it. It is possible, by doing so, to improve total amount of magnetic flux and also to increase output in such a case as to use the product for a dynamo for lamp of a bicycle, etc.
