Abstract

PURPOSE:To orientate even a resin magnet material having the large content of magnetic powder strongly with the excellent degree of orientation, and to obtain strong magnetic force by molding and orientating the resin magnet material injected into a cavity, inverting one part of the magnetism of the magnetic peak of the molded form and mutually making the magnetism of adjacent magnetic peaks differ. CONSTITUTION:When a resin magnet material (ferromagnetic substance powder and a binder) 5 melted under the state in which magnetic flux forms a closed loop is injected into a cavity 14, magnetic powder 15 is orientated, following the flow of the line of magnetic force. Since the line of magnetic force spreads in the cavity and is converged in a magnetic pole section, magnetic powder is also orientated under the state in which magnetic powder is converged in the magnetic pole section. Magnetic powder is cooled and solidified, holding the state of orientation of magnetic powder, an N-pole imparting section for a magnetizer is made to correspond to an S pole at an intermediate stage on the left side of a molding extracted, an S-pole imparting section for the magnetizer is made to correspond to an N pole at an intermediate stage on the right side, and magnetization is conducted, imparting sufficiently strong currents, thus inverting the S pole and the N pole, then alternately magnetizing the S pole and the N pole on the circumferential surface of the molded form.
