Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce loss in a magnetic field circuit and to obtain an anisotropic magnet having favorable efficiency when a magnet is to be treated to form the anisotropic magnet by a method wherein relative easiness is given to passing of magnetic line of force to apply orientational magnetic field, and ferromagnetic field parts and feeble magnetic field parts are formed in the magnet. CONSTITUTION:Coils 22, 23, magnetic materials 24,25, nonmagnetic materials 26, 27, are provided respectively on the fixed side (a) and on the movable side (b) of a metal mold for injection molding of a resin magnet, and a sprue hold 28 and a runner goove 29 are provided in the magnetic material 24 on the fixed side. A cavity 30 is made ot be generated between the magnetic materials 24, 25, and nonmagnetic materials 32, 31 are provided respectively on the face of the magnetic material 25 facing to the cavity and in the groove 29, and a composite of resin magnet heated in the molten condition is poured into the cavity 30 through the hole 28 and the groove 29 using a nozzle. A molding 33 being arranged alternately with regions 34 formed by contacting with the ferromagnetic materials and regions 35 formed by contacting with the nonmagnetic materials can be obtained by this way, and after it is demagnetized once, S poles and N poles are magnetized alternately in the region 35.
