Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently magnetize the magnetized directions of adjacent magnets in the opposite direction respectively by a method wherein permanent magnets mutually arranged in parallel are magnetized in one direction and next, a part of the permanent magnets is magnetically shield to magnetize in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:A substance fixing permanent magnets 1 and 2 to a nonmagnetic base substrate 3 in parallel is arranged between the magnetic poles of electromagnets 4, 4' serving as magnetizers. Next, a pulse current is flowed to the exciting coils of the magnets 4, 4' and two magneto pieces 1 and 2 are magnetized in the same direction. After that, a high-permeability magnetic substance piece 5 is inserted and arranged between the magnets 4, 4' so that a closed magnetic circuit may be composed at the magneto piece 2 and the magneto piece 2 is magnetized by flowing a reverse pulse current to the exciting coils of the magnets 4, 4' so that the magneto piece 2 may be magnetized in the pole direction which is different from the previous case. In this way, the magnetized directions of the adjacent pole pieces of the permanent magneto pieces closely arranged in parallel can be in the opposite direction respectively.
