Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform magnetic circuit component parts by filling resin in which magnetic powder is embraced in a cavity part in a magnetic circuit forming member, hardening the resin, and magnetizing the resin without degrading the magnetic efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A cut-out part 2 is provided in an iron core 1 and it is filled up with the resin 4 in which powder of Sm, Co, and the like are included. Then the resin is hardened. Thereafter the resin 4 is magnetized so as to have N and S poles. In this constitution, no gap is formed between the cut out part and the resin (permanent magnet). Therefore, the strict check of the accuracy of the size of the member is not required. The degradation of the magnetic efficiency and dispersion in characteristics can be eliminated.
