Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the magnetic characteristic and mass productivity by adding toluene sulfonic amide and metallic stearate to the composition containing ferromagnetic powder and polyamide resin as main ingredients.
CONSTITUTION: 0.1W1.5wt% toluene sulfonic amide and 0.1W1.5wt% metallic stearate are added to a composition containing polyamide resin and ferromagnetic powder such as strontium ferrite and barium ferrite as main ingrediends, and the ferromagnetic powder are oriented in the direction of the magnetic field. Calcium stearate, magnesium stearate and barium stearate are preferred metallic stearate. Thus, the ferromagnetic powder are more easily oriented in the direction of the magnetic field and thus the magnetic characteristic and mass productivity are improved.
