Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily fill ferromagnetic powder highly and to improve injection moldability by adding specific ratio of ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer as a binder to the powder. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite magnetic powder, samarium cobalt magnetic powder or neodium-iron-boron magnetic power made of MO6Fe2O3 (where M is one or more of Ba, Sr, Cr, Mg, Zn and Pb) is exemplified as ferromagnetic powder. 7-30pts.wt. of ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer is added as a binder to 100pts. wt. of the powder. If the copolymer is 7pts.wt. or less, its injection moldability is wrong, while if it exceeds 30pts.wt., the magnetic force of a molded product becomes low due to low content of the powder in a composition, and the composition cannot be used for a motor or the like.
