Description
界面活性剤の存在下で磁性粉末を湿式粉砕する工程と、
湿式粉砕された前記磁性粉末を乾燥させ、前記界面活性剤が付着している磁性粉末を得る工程と、
乾燥させた前記磁性粉末を、バインダ樹脂と共に加熱混練してペレットを形成する工程と、
前記ペレットを溶融させ、磁場が印加された金型内で射出成形して予備成形体を得る工程と、
前記予備成形体を焼成する工程と、を有する。
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る焼結磁石の製造方法に用いる磁場射出成形機の要部断面図、
図2(A)は磁場射出成形する前の磁性粉末の状態を示す概略図、図2(B)は磁場射出成形した後の磁性粉末の配向状態を示す概略図、
図3は磁場射出成形する前のペレットの断面SEM写真である。
A:1〜13原子%、
R:0.05〜10原子%、
Fe:80〜95原子%、
M:0.1〜5原子%である。

Claims (6)
- 界面活性剤の存在下で磁性粉末を湿式粉砕する工程と、
湿式粉砕された前記磁性粉末を乾燥させ、前記界面活性剤が付着している磁性粉末を得る工程と、
乾燥させた前記磁性粉末を、バインダ樹脂と共に加熱混練してペレットを形成する工程と、
前記ペレットを溶融させ、磁場が印加された金型内で射出成形して予備成形体を得る工程と、
前記予備成形体を焼成する工程と、を有し、
前記磁性粉末がフェライト粉末であり、乾燥後の前記磁性粉末の平均粒径が、0.03〜0.7μmの範囲内であり、
前記バインダ樹脂と共に可塑剤を含み、可塑剤の添加量は、バインダ樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1〜5重量部である焼結磁石の製造方法。 - 前記界面活性剤が、ソルビトールおよびマンニトールの少なくともいずれかを含む請求項1に記載の焼結磁石の製造方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、前記磁性粉末100重量部に対して0.05〜5重量部含まれる請求項1または2に記載の焼結磁石の製造方法。
- 前記可塑剤がフタル酸エステルである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の焼結磁石の製造方法。
- 前記磁性粉末を湿式粉砕する工程が複数ある場合には、最後に湿式粉砕する工程において、前記界面活性剤の存在下で前記磁性粉末を湿式粉砕する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の焼結磁石の製造方法。
- 湿式粉砕する工程の前に前記磁性粉末を乾式粗粉砕する工程を有し、前記界面活性剤は乾式粗粉砕する工程で添加される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の焼結磁石の製造方法。
