Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 톱코팅, 도료용, 건축외장도료용, 내열도료용, 접착제용, 잉크용, 섬유 및 종이의 함침제용 및 표면처리제용 드의 각종 용도로 널리 사용될 수 있는 경화성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 특정 작용기를 갖는 중합체와 특정 폴리실록산의 축합반응에의해 얻어진 수지(A)와 수지(A)중에 함유된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 화합물(B)로 이루어져 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 빛에 노출된 후에도 광택보유성, 발수성보유성 등의 내구성, 내산성 및 내찰상성이 우수한 경화필름을 형성할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l)와 규소원자에 결합된 히드록실기 및/또는 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 폴리실록산(a-2)의 축합반응에 의해 얻어진 수지(A)와, 수지(A)에 포함된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 화합물(B)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  2. 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l)와 규소원자에 결합된 히드록실기 및/또는 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 폴리실록산(a-2)의 축합반응에 의해 얻어진 수지(A)와, 수지(A)에 포함된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 화합물(B)과, 경화촉매(C)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l)중의 가부분해성 실릴기는 알콕시실릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l) 중의 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 작용기는 히드록실기, 블록형 히드록실기, 카복실기, 블록형 카복실기, 카복실산 무수물기, 아미노기, 사이클로카보네이트기, 에폭시기, 1급 아미도 결합, 2급 아미도 결합, 카바메이트기 및 하기구조식(Ⅰ)으로 나타낸 작용기 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.

  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l)는 비닐계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실릴기와 이 가수분해성 실릴기이외의 작용기를 갖는 중합체(a-l)는 아크릴계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 규소원자에 결합된 히드록실기 및/또는 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 상기 폴리실록산(a-2)은 한 분자내에 규소원자에 결호바된 가수분해성기를 2개 이상 갖는 규소화합물의 가수분해축합물 또는 부분가수분해축합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 규소원자에 결합된 히드록실기 및/또는 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 상기 폴리실록산(a-2)은 한 분자내에 규소원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 2개 이상 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 규소원자에 결합된 히드록실기 및/또는 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 상기 폴리실록산(a-2)은 테트라알콕시실란, 오가노트리알콕시실란, 디오가노디알콜시실란, 이들의 부분 가수분해축합물 및 부분가수분해 축합물로 된 그룹중에서 선택되는 하나이상의 알콕시실란의 가수분해 축합물 또는 가수분해 축합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(B)은 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물, 블록형 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물, 폴리에폭시 화합물, 폴리사이클로카보네이트 화합물, 아미노 수지, 1급 또는 2급 아미도결합함유 화합물, 폴리카복실 화합물, 폴리히드록실 화합물 및 한 분자내에 에폭시기와 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해성기를 갖는 화합물로 된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(B)은 한 분자내에 에폭시기와 규소원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
