Abstract

본 발명의 독특한 흡수 제품은 전면 허리밴드부(12), 배면 허리밴드부(14) 및 전면과 배면 허리밴드부를 상호 연결시키는 중간부(6)을 갖는다.
이 제품은 배면시트층(30), 및 배면시트층 상에 겹쳐진 흡수체 보유부(48)을 포함한다.
액체 투과성 상부시트층(28)은 보유부 상에 겹쳐져서 결합되어 보유부를 상부시트층과 배면시트층 사이에 샌드위치시킨다.
측면상으로 연장되는(11) 브리지 플랩(80)은 제품의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부의 신체 접촉 표면 상으로 연장되도록 구성되, 착용자의 허리에 제품을 밀봉시키는 횡방향의 배설물 수용 포켓을 형성한다.
브리지 플랩은 제품의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부에 부착된 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되고 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역(82); 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역의 종방향의 안쪽에 위치하는 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되는 이동성 연부 영역(84); 및 이들의 측면상으로 마주보는 측면 단부에서 종방향으로 연장되는 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역(86)을 갖는다.
브리지 플랩은 브리지 플랩의 고정된 연부 영역과 이동성 연부 영역 사이에서 종방향으로 연장되는 선택된 길이 치수(88) 및 브리지 플랩 연부 영역 사이에서 측면상으로 연장되는 선택된폭 치수(90)를 포함한다.
브리지 플랩의 이동성 연부는 상당한 연장성을 갖고, 선택된 탄성 장력을 갖는다. 브리지 플랩의 이동성 연부는 바람직하게는 상당한 거리를 브리징시키도록 배열된다.

제1도는 브리지 플랩 부재를 포함하는 탄성적으로 연장가능한 내부 허리밴드 구조물을 갖는 본 발명의 제품의 부분적으로 절단해 낸 정면도를 대포적으로 나타낸다.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 제품의 측면상의 단면 2-2를 따라 절단한 개략적 횡단면도를 대표적으로 나타낸다.
제3도는 제1도에 도시한 제품의 세로의 단면 3-3을 따라 절단한 개략적 확대 횡단면도를 대포적으로 나타낸다.
제4도는 한 쌍의 측면상으로 마주보는 측면 패널 사이에 결합된 브리지 플랩을 갖는 흡수 제품의 부분적으로 절단해 낸 정면도를 대표적으로 나타낸다.
제5도는 제4도에 도시한 제품의 측면상의 단면 5-5를 따라 절단한 개략적 횡단면도를 대표적으로 나타낸다.

Claims (21)

  1. 배면시트층; 상기 배면시트층 사에 겹쳐진 흡수체 보유부; 상기 보유부 상에 겹쳐져서 결합되어 상기보유부를 상부 시트층과 배면 시트층 사이에 샌드위치시키는 액체 투과성 상부시트층; 제품의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부에 부착된 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되고 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역, 상기 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역의 종방향의 안쪽에 위치하는 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되는 이동성 연부 영역 및 브리지 플랩의 측면상으로 마주보는 측면 단부에서 종방향으로 연장되는 실질적으로 고정된 측면 연부 영역을 갖고, 제품의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부의 신체 접촉 표면 상으로 연장되도록 구성된 측면상으로 연장되는 브리지 플랩으로 이루어지고, 상기 브리지 플랩의 이동성 연부 영역은 그의 수축되고 개더링된 폭에 대하여 측정하였을 때 약 10% 이상의 탄성화된 측면상의 수축가능성을 갖고 상기 이동성 연부 영역을 상기 브리지 플랩이 편쳐진 형태로 연장시켜 측정하였을 때 약 40 내지 150 그램 중 범위내의 탄성 장력을 갖는 것인 허리밴드부 배면 허리밴드부 및 상기 전면과 배면 허리밴드부를 상호 연결시키는 중간부를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩의 종방향으로 연장되는 길이 치수가 약 4㎝ 이상인 흡수 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플립이 상기 제품의 전면 허리밴드부에 결합된 것인 흡수 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배면시트층의 허리밴드부의 각각의 측면 연부 영역으로부터 측면상으로 연장되도록 결합되고, 그의 일부가 상기 브리지 플랩에 결합되고, 그의 종방향으로 연장되는 길이 치수가 상기 브리지 플랩의 길이 치수 이상인 탄성화된 측면 패널 부재를 추가로 포함하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배면시트층의 허리밴드부의 각각의 측면 연부 영역으로부터 측면상으로 연장되도록 결합되고, 그의 일부가 상기 브리지 플랩에 결합된 탄성화된 측면 패널 부재를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 브리지 플랩의 종방향으로 연장되는 길이 치수가 상기 측면 패널 부재의 길이 치수의 약 120% 이하인 흡수 제품.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩의 종방향으로 연장되는 길이 치수가 상기 측면 패널 부재의 길이 치수의 약 70% 이하인 흡수 제품.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 측면 패널 부재가 상기 브리지 플랩의 말단 측면 연부 영역의 측면상 바깥쪽의 지점으로 측면상으로 연장되는 것인 흡수 제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 전면 허리밴드부에 부착되는 한 쌍의 측면상으로 마주보는 제품 패스너를 추가로 포함하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 부착 수단이 상기 부리지 플랩의 측면 연부 영역을 고정시켜 상기 브리지 플랩과 상기 측면 패널 부재 사이에 액체 저항성 밀봉부를 제공하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩이 플랩 표면적 상으로 연장되고 상기 엘라스토머 물질의 플랩을 구성하므로써 탄성화되어 상기 플랩 표면적의 실절적인 전체를 탄성화시키는 것인 흡수 제품.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩이 플랩 표면적 상으로 연장되고 1개 이상의 개별 탄성 부재를 상기 브리지 플랩에 결합시킴으로써 탄성화되어 상기 플랩 표면적의 선택된 스트립 영역을 탄성화시키는 것인 흡수 제품.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 신체 접촉 표면에 부착된 측면상으로 이격되고 종방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍 이상의 탄성화된 수용 플랩을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 브리지 상기 수용 플랩 및 상기 상부시트층상에 놓여지도록 배치되고, 상기 브리지 플랩이 착용자의 몸과 접촉하는 몸쪽 표면을 제공하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩이 그 안에서의 가스의 이동에 대해 투과성이고 실질적으로 비습윤성인 물질로 이루어지는 것인 흡수 제품.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩이 그의 두께를 통한 액체의 흐름에 대해 저항성인 물질로 이루어지는 것인 흡수 제품.
  15. 배면시트층; 상기 배면시트층 상에 겹쳐진 흡수체 보유부; 상기 보유부 상에 겹쳐져서 결합되어 상기 보유부를 상부시트층과 배면시트층 사이에 샌드위치시키는 액체 투과성 상부시트층; 제품의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부에 부착된 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되는 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역 및 상기 실질적으로 고정된 연부 영역의 종방향인 안쪽에 위치하는 탄성화되고 측면상으로 연장되는 이동성 연부 영역을 갖는, 제품의 지정된 신체 접촉 표면 상에 연장되도록 결합되고 상기 배면시트층의 1개 이상의 허리밴드부의 마주보는 측면 연부 영역을 지나 측면상으로 연장되도록 구성된 측면상으로 연장되는 탄성화된 브리지 플랩을 포함하는, 전면 허리밴드부, 배면 허리밴드부 및 상기 전면과 배면 허리밴드부를 상호 연결시키는 중간부를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 신체 접촉 표면에 부착된 측면상으로 이격되고 종방향으로 연장되는 한쌍 이상의 탄성화된 수용 플랩을 추가로 포함하고, 이때 상기 브리지 플랩응ㄴ 상기 수용 플랩 및 상기부 시트층 상에 놓여지도록 배치되고, 상기 브리지 플랩의 이동성 연부는 상기 수용 플랩에 실질적으로 부착되지 않는 것인 흡수 제품.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 플랩의 고정된 연부는 제1탄성 부재로 탄성화되고, 상기 브리지 플랩의 이동성 연부는 제2탄성 부재로 탄성화되는 것인 흡수 제품.
  18. 배면시트층; 상기 배면 시트층 상에 겹쳐진 흡수체 보유부; 상기 보유부 상에 겹쳐져서 결합되어 상기 보유부를 상부시트층과 배면시트층 사이에 샌드위치시키는 액체 투과성 상부시트층; 착용자의 몸 주위에서 제품과 결합됨으로써 착용자와 접촉하는 몸족 표면을 제공하도록 배치되는 조립된 브리지 플랩을 형성시키도록 구성된, 제품의 배면 허리밴드부의 측면상의 단부 영역에 결합된 1개 이상의 탄성화된 측면 패널; 제품의 전면 및 조립된 브리지 플랩의 허리밴드 연부를 제품의 허리밴드부로 착용자를 둘러싸기 위한 체결 수단; 및 조립된 브리지 플랩의 허리밴드 연부를 제품의 전면 허리밴드부에 고정시키기 위한 허리밴드-연부 부착 수단을 포함하는, 전면 허릴밴드부, 배면 허리밴드부 및 상기 전면과 배면 허리밴드부를 상호 연결시키는 중간부를 갖는 흡수 제품.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 1개 이상의 탄성화된 측면 패널이 상기 배면시트층의 종방향 말단 연부를 지나 세로로 연장되는 접을 수 있는 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제품이 제품의 전면 허리밴드부의 측면상으로 연장되는 말단 연부 주위를 감싸는 실직적으로 C자형으로 접혀진 상태로 상기 측면 패널의 접을 수 있는 부분을 고정시키기 위한 접는 부착 수단을 포함하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 배면 허리밴드부의 측면상으로 마주보는 단부 영역에 결합된 한쌍의 측면상으로 마주보는 탄성화된 측면 패널을 포함하고, 상기 측면 패널이 상기 배면시트층의 종방향 말단 연부를 지나 세로로 연장되는 접을 수 있는 부분을 포함하고, 상기 측면 패널이 착용자의 몸 주위에서 서로 상호 연결되도록 구성되어 조립된 브리지 플랩을 형성하는 것인 흡수 제품.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 접을 수 있는 부분의 종방향으로 연장되는 경계 거리가 약 1㎝ 이상인 흡수 제품.
