Abstract

본 발명은 피혁 또는 모피를 방수처리하기 위한 무수 처리제 및 수성 처리제에 관한 것이다. 상기 처리제는 실리콘과 유화제로서 알킬 폴리알킬올 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 알킬아릴 폴리알킬을 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 이들의 알칼리, 알칼리 토, 암모늄, 아민, 또는 알칸올 아민염을 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 처리제를 방수 공정, 바람직하게는 반복무드질 공정중 또는 그 후에 사용하는 것에 관한 것이다. 방수처리후, 후속 공정에는 2 내지 3가 양이온의 금속염을 사용하여 수행할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

1종 이상의 실리콘과 1종 이상의 유화제를 포함하는 피혁 및 모피의 방수용 처리제로서, 상기 처리제는 유화제로서 1종 이상의 알킬 폴리알킬을 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 알킬아릴 폴리알킬을 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 이들 카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염, 암모니아염, 아민염 또는 알칸올아민염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 처리제.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리제가 10 내지 95중량%의 실리콘 및 5 내지 90중량%의 알킬 폴리알킬올에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 알킬아릴 폴리알킬을 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 이들 카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염, 암모니아염, 아민염 또는 알칸올아민염의 혼합물을 포함하는 방수용 처리제.
제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 처리제가 하기 화학식 (l)의 알킬 폴리알킬올 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 알킬아릴 폴리알킬올 에테르 카르복실산 및/또는 이를 카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염, 암모니아염, 아민염 또는 알칸올아민염을 포함하는 방수용 처리제:
상기 식에서, R1은 H, CH3이고, R2는 -하나 또는 수개의 올레핀기를 임의로 포함할 수 있는 C9-C30, 바람직하게는 C12-C22의 n- 또는 이소-알킬 잔기, -알킬아릴 잔기 또는 디알킬아릴 잔기, 바람직하게는 C6-C10, 바람직하게는 C8및/또는 C9의 알킬 잔기를 디알킬페닐기이고, n은 1 내지 20, 바람직하게는 1 내지 8, 가장 바람직하게는 1.5 내지 6이다.
제1 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리제가 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 처리제.
제1 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리제가 수성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 처리제.
제5항에 있어서, 처리제가 하기 a) 내지 d)를 포함하고, pH값이 4 내지 12인 수성 에멀션인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 처리제: a) 10 내지 90중량%의 실리콘, b) 0.5 내지 70중량%의 유화제, c) 0 내지 5중량%의 염기, 및 d) 5중량% 이상, 또는 상기 a), b) 및 c)의 양과 100중량%를 구성하는 보충량의 물.
제5항에 있어서, 처리제가 하기 a) 내지 e)를 포함하고, pH값이 4 내지 12인 수성 에멀션인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 처리제 : a) 10 내지 90중량%의 실리콘, b) 0.5 내지 70중량%의 유화제, c) 0 내지 5중량%의 염기, d) 1 내지 80중량%의 1종 이상의 광물유, 합성 에스테르유, 및/또는 천연유, 및/또는 음이온계 지방액 및 유지, 및 e) 5중량% 이상, 또는 상기 a), b), c) 및 d)의 양과 100중량%를 구성하는 보충량의 물.
피혁 및 모피를 수성액 중에서, 바람직하게는 반복무두질 공정중에 또는 그 후에 방수처리하는 방법으로서, 상기 제1항 내지 제5항에 따른 처리제를 피혁의 제모된 중량 또는 모피의 습식 중량에 대하여 0.1 내지 30.0중량%의 함량으로 상기 수성액중에 사용되고, 상기 수성액의 pH값은 3.5 내지 8.0이고, 방수처리는 10 내지 80℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 60℃의 수성액 온도에서 밀링하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수처리 방법.
제8항에 있어서, 방수처리후 상기 액제를 유기산 및/또는 무기산, 바람직하게는 포름산으로 pH값을 3.0 내지 5.0의 범위로 조정하고, 후처리 공정은 2 또는 3가 양이온의 금속염, 바람직하게는 크롬, 알루미늄, 지르코늄 및 티탄을 사용하여 임의로 수행하는 방수처리 방법.
