Abstract

적어도 1종의 하기 화학식의 트리아세톤디아민 화합물 존재하에 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 본질적으로 광 및 열에 안정한 폴리아미드의 제조 방법이다.
식 중, R은 수소, 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 히드로카르빌, 바람직하게는 탄소원자수 1 내지 18의 알킬, 또는 벤질이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 1종의 하기 화학식의 트리아세톤디아민 화합물 존재하에 출발 단량체의 중합을 수행하는 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조 방법.
    식 중, R은 수소, 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 히드로카르빌, 바람직하게는 탄소원자수 1 내지 18의 알킬, 또는 벤질이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 추가로 적어도 1종의 안료 존재하에 수행되는 것인 `방법.
  3. 중합체 사슬에 화학 결합되는 하기 화학식의 아민기를 함유하는, 본질적으로 광 및 열에 안정한 폴리아미드.
    식 중, R은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 안료를 함유하는 폴리아미드.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드의 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 특히 얻어진 폴리아미드.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민기를 폴리아미드 중합체 사슬의 카르복사미드의 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.03 내지 0.8몰%, 바람직하게는 0.06 내지 0.4몰% 함유하는 폴리아미드.
  7. 필라멘트, 섬유 또는 필름을 제조하기 위한 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 폴리아미드의 용도.
  8. 적어도 4000m/분의 개시 속도에서 고속 방사시켜서 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리카프로락탐 또는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 얻은 폴리카프로락탐을 기재로 하는 필라멘트를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 따라 얻은 필라멘트.
  10. 섬유 및 직물을 제조하기 위한 제8항에 따라 얻은 필라멘트의 용도.
  11. 제10항의 용도에 의해 얻을 수 있는 섬유 및 직물.
