Abstract
본 발명은 비상용성 중합 촉매 시스템간의 전이 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 전형적인 지에글러-나타 촉매 시스템을 이용한 올레핀 중합 반응으로부터 메탈로센-올레핀 중합 반응으로 전이시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 실시예 1에 대한 제조 속도, 촉매 주입 속도 및 TEAL 주입 속도 대 시간의 전이 프로필을 나타낸다,
제2도는 실시예 3에 대한 제조 속도, 촉매 주입 속도 및 TEAL 주입 속도 대 시간의 전이 프로필을 나타낸다,
제3도는 실시예 5에 대한 제조 속도, 촉매 주입 속도 및 TEAL 주입 속도 대 시간의 전이 프로필을 나타낸다,
제4는 실시예 6에 대한 제조 속도, 촉매 주입 속도 및 TEAL 주입 속도 대 시간의 전이 프로필을 나타낸다.
Claims (14)
- a) 제1촉매를 반응기에 도입함을 중단하는 단계; b) 반응기중의 제1촉매의 금속의 총 그램 원자수를 기준으로 약 1몰 당량 이상의 양으로 비가역적 촉매 파괴제를 반응기에 도입하는 단계; 및 c) 제2촉매를 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합 반응을 제1촉매와 비상용성인 제2촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합 반응으로 전이시키는 방법.
- a) 제1촉매를 반응기에 도입함을 중단하는 단계; b) 가역적 촉매 파괴제를 도입하는 단계; c) 비가역적 촉매 파괴제를 도입하는 단계; 및 d) 제2촉매를 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합 반응을 제1촉매와 비상용성인 제2촉매에 의해 촉매되는 중합 반응으로 전이시키는 방법.
- a) 제1촉매의 도입을 중단하는 단계; b) 유동화된 베드와 가역적 촉매 파괴제를 접촉시키는 단계; c) 유동화된 베드와 비가역적인 촉매 파괴제를 접촉시키는 단계; d) 유동화된 베드를 오가노메탈 화합물로 적정하는 단계; e) 제2촉매를 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 유동화된 베드를 갖는 하나 이상의 반응기에서 일어나는 기상 중합 공정에서 2개 이상의 비상용성 촉매로부터 전이시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1촉매가 전형적인 지에글러-나타 촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2촉매가 메탈로센 촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비가역적 촉매 파괴제의 양이 반응기중의 제1촉매의 금속의 총 그램 원자수를 기준으로 약 2몰 당량 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가역적 촉매 파괴제를 도입함을 더욱 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항, 제3항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비가역적 촉매 파괴제의 양이 반응기중의 제1촉매의 금속의 총 그램 원자수를 기준으로 약 2몰 당량 이상인 방법.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가역적 촉매 파괴제가 CO 및 CO2로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계(c)이전에 오가노금속 화합물을 도입함을 더욱 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 단계(b) 및 (c)가 반응기의 외부에서 수행되고, 단계가 (a), (b), (c), 및 (d)의 순서로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1촉매 및 제2촉매의 서로의 존재가 제1촉매 및 제2촉매중 하나의 활성을 50% 이상 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1촉매 및 제2촉매중 하나가 유사한 조건하에서 다른 촉매 보다 30% 이상 공단량체를 혼입하는 방법.
